Finally!!! I went to a Maid Cafe at in Akihabara

I was waiting with enthusiasm before the maid cafe had opened. As I might to be expected, I was embarrassing embarrassed.

Unfortunately, the Maid Cafe prohibited to take a photo around there. They allowed me to take this poster.

I didn't know how to enjoy the Maid Cafe and I was overwhelmed by Maids because I had been there for the first time and I was a little embarassing embarassed. I have to try again

時間によっては、英語が話せるメイドさんがいるそうなので行く前に確認するといいかもしれないです。

初めての経験だったので、どういう風に楽しむのか分からず＆恥ずかしさもあり…で、

メイドさんに圧倒されてしまいました。

お土産(Omiyage) / Souvenir

I am interested in what souvenir foreingn tourist bought it. Because I can know what parts of Japan they like.

I introduce a little what souvenir did my partner buy. It seems like he likes "UMESHU" very much. This site is how to make Umeshu.

UMESHU

UMESHU is alcohol drink which made by from plum that some plums soak into Shochu and Rock candy etc. We often make this at home. My granma made us Umeshu each year. My favorite way are UMESYU with soda and UMESYU with hot water. I introduce some recipes features refer to this site .

① UMESH on the rock

　This way of drinking is standard. Put a big ice cube and UMESHU in the cold glass. Big ice cube is least soluble.

② UMESH with soda

Put a ice, UMESHU and soda in the glass. The rate is Soda 3 : UMESHU 1-2 (if you like). You should be cool soda in the refrigerator in advance. 

③ UMESH with hot water

Put UMESHU and hot water in the cup. The rate is hot water 2 : UMESHU 3 (if you like).

私のパートナーが買ったものを少し紹介します。 梅酒がとても気にいったそうです。

梅酒

梅を焼酎と氷砂糖などに漬けこんで作ったお酒です。家庭でもよく作ります。おばあちゃんが毎年作ってくれていました。作り方のサイトはこちら 。

梅酒の飲み方はいくつかあります。私のお気に入りの飲み方は、梅酒のソーダ割りか梅酒のお湯割り。このサイト を参考にレシピを紹介します。

①梅酒オンザロック

　　定番の飲み方。よく冷やしたグラスに大きな氷ひとつと梅酒を入れる。大きい氷を入れるのは溶けにくいから。

②梅酒ソーダ割り

　　グラスに氷と梅酒とソーダを入れる。ソーダ３ ： 梅酒１～２　（お好みで）。ソーダは冷やしておくこと。

③梅酒お湯割り

　　お湯２：梅酒３　（お好みで）

Umesyu no nomi kata wa ikutsuka arimasu. Watashi no okiniiri no nomikata wa Umesyu no soda wari ka Umesyu no Oyu wari. Kono site o sankou ni recipe o syoukai shimasu.

① UMESH on the rock

　Teiban no nomikata. Yoku hiyashita glass ni ookina koori o hitotsu Umesyu o ireru. Ookii koori o ireru no wa toke nikui kara.

② UMESH soda wari

Glass ni koori to UMESHU to soda o ireru. Soda san tai UMESHU ichi kara ni (Okonomi de). Soda wa hiyashite oku koto.

③ UMESH Oyu wari

Oyu ni tai UMESHU san (Okonomi de)

I don't think that personality are four patterns by blood type aroud the world, and also same blood type is same personality. But I don't know why the personality analysis by blood type makes me concent.

My language exchange partner told me that he don't know his blood type. It seems that most of American people don't know their blood type.

My partner often takes care of his appearance and likes cleanly. I'm sure that he is Type A.

In Japan, you can watch "your today's fortune" by blood types on TV program in the morning. Japanese people likes fortune telling.

ジブリ美術館 (bijutsukan) / GHIBLI MUSEUM

There are the GHIBLI MUSEUM in Tokyo. I know that Hayao Miyazaki is also very popular among overseas. The GHIBLE MUSEUM where you can see his works, work process, office. We have to reserve the ticket first, before we go to there.

I think Hayao Miyazaki's movies are not flashy, but there are a lot of scenes which penetrate to the heart. When I finish watching his movies, I feel my heart sweet and kind.

When you go to the GHIBLI MUSEUM, I recommend that you see their walls, ceilings and window! And also the rooftop and faucet. Haha. You can find a lot. Oh, yes! There are a museum shop and cafe. You can watch his movie there. The cost is 1,000yen, I was satisfied with these contents, so I feel that 1,000yen is cheap.

The nearest station of GHIBLI MUSEUM is Kichijoji station. Kichijoji is known as a unique and fashionable city. There are many good cafes and variety stores. When we go to the GHIBLI MUSEUM on foot, we walk through a big park is called INOGASHIRA KOUEN from Kichijoji station, I think you feel walking TOTORO's forest.

この内容で1,000円は安いと思いました。

美術館の最寄り駅は吉祥寺。吉祥寺はとてもユニークでファッショナブルな街です。素敵なカフェや雑貨屋さんもたくさんありますよ。吉祥寺からは井の頭公園という大きな公園を通って美術館に歩いて行くので、トトロの森をお散歩している気分になりますよー。
