Anyone with a reasonable amount of health can do it. Some count their steps; others walk because they have no alternative. Anyhow, you benefit from a bit of a stroll now and again whether consciously or unaware. It’s ideal if you want to clear your mind, explore your neighbourhoods or challenge yourself.

I do it for all of the above. It’s free, except costing me some time and effort, and is a perfect getaway from monotony of closed spaces such as your home or office. So, why not make it a part of your routine?
