≪時は遅し －The hour is late－≫
今朝、ある讃美歌のメロディーで目が覚める前に、次のような夢を見ていました。
This morning, before I woke up to the melody of a certain hymn, I had the following dream.
夢の中で、私は兄と二人で学校に出かけるまで時間があったので、ボードゲームをしていました。
In the dream, my older brother and I had some time before we had to leave for school, so we were playing a board game.
その後、部屋の時計を見たら７時50分＊1だったので、出かけようと台所に行くと、母はもう台所の掃除を終えようとしていました。
Later, I looked at the clock in my room and it was 7:50＊1, so I went to the kitchen to go out, but my mother was already finishing cleaning the kitchen.
父はトイレに行っているようでした。
My father seemed to have gone to the toilet.
そして、台所の時計を見ると、時刻は既に8時＊2を回っていました。
Then I looked at the clock in the kitchen and the time was already around 8:00＊2.
部屋の時計と台所の時計の時刻が10分くらい違っていて、学校に遅刻しそうだなあと思っていたら、「人生の海の嵐に」という賛美歌が聞こえて来て、夢から覚めたのです。
The time on the clock in my room and the clock in the kitchen were different by about 10 minutes, and I was thinking that I was going to be late for school, when I heard the hymn 'Live in the flow' and I woke up from my dream.
そして、心の中で「時は遅し、時は遅し。イエス様は準備ができている。」 という言葉が繰り返し聞こえてきました。
Then I heard in my mind, "The hour is late, the hour is late. Jesus is ready." I repeatedly heard the words.
この讃美歌はユーチューブの英語版ではもう見つけることが出来ませんでした。

神の慈悲深い忍耐の時代は終わり、火による神の裁きが始まるのです。
The era of God's gracious patience will be over and God's judgment by fire will start.
ローマ13章
11）あなたがたは、今がどのような時か知っているのですから、このように行いなさい。あなたがたが眠りからさめるべき時刻がもう来ています。というのは、私たちが信じたころよりも、今は救いが私たちに近づいているからです。
12）夜はふけて、昼が近づきました。ですから、私たちは、やみのわざを打ち捨てて、光の武具を着けようではありませんか。
13）遊興、酩酊、淫乱、好色、争い、ねたみの生活ではなく、昼間らしい、正しい生活をしようではありませんか。
