Saturday we had our “SUGOVEGI” seminar event in AWkitchen
Shin-Marunouchi building near Tokyo station.
A project made in collaboration between AWkitchen owner-chef Akira Watanabe and the Senior Vegetable Sommelier Ms. Yuka Nishimura, leader of the “Get beautiful with vegetables” project.
This edition’s theme was “Miyazaki Prefecture”.
