it seems that scott hardkiss will release "come on, come on (from his first solo album, "technicolor dreamer)" remix ep on october 6. remixers are joe claussell and morgan geist. very interesting and can't wait to hear them!

souvenir we got on the way back home from my hometown. label design looks familiar; this reminds me of the tofu original version. apart from the lable, this is garlic snack used whole garlic, and actually it tastes good with black pepper seasoning.
帰省先から帰る途中で買ったお土産。ラベルのデザインがオリジナルの豆腐バージョンに似ていますね。ラベルは別にして中身はというと、これがにんにくを丸ごと使ったスナックでブラック・ペッパーが効いてて結構美味しいです。

new info from my wife; we'd better not to eat tomatoes, egg plants, potatoes, etc. because we don't have enzyme needed to digest them. of course, this wouldn't be applied to all of us as some of us might have such enzyme. anyway, when i heard this info, i was like "what are you talking about!?" but the bottom line is to have whatever you think it's good for you.
うちの奥さんからの新しい情報：トマトやなす、ジャガイモなどは食べない方が良い、と。と言うのも、分解する酵素がないからだそうです。勿論、こういった酵素を持っている人もいるでしょうから、全員にあてはまるということでもないようです。いずれにしてもこの話を聞いた時は「何言ってんの!?」状態でした。まぁ、肝心なところは自分にとって良いと思うものを食べることでしょうか。

i tried to make coffee flavored shochu (distilled spirits) i got to know while i was in my hometown. i drank this at a tavern and really liked that,, and then friend of mine told me that i could make this at home. it's quite simple to make this; simply add coffee beans to regular shochu, leave it for a couple of days and you'll see brown colored coffee flavored shochu! actually, this is quite good, so please try.
帰省した際に知ったコーヒー焼酎を試しに作ってみました。居酒屋で初めて飲んだんですが、これが美味かった。そしたら友人が自宅でも作れるよ、と教えてくれました。作るのは凄く簡単で普通の焼酎にコーヒー豆を加え、2日間程度寝かすだけ。すると、茶色くなったコーヒー味の焼酎のできあがり！ これがなかなかイケます。皆さんもお試しあれ。

finally, i have completed with the series of dental treatments which lasted for the last six weeks! i'm so happy about this. i say to myself, "brush after every meal."
6週間ほど連続で通っていた歯医者での治療がやっと終了！ 良かった良かった。「毎食後、歯を磨くこと」を自分に言い聞かせています。

while i was watching tv, the tv set suddenly displayed nothing but blue, and no sound at all. i turned on and off the tv but nothing improved. to me, it's the first thing (or the second following after turning on the light) to turn on the tv when i get back home. and most of the time (except when i'm asleep), the tv is on when i'm at home. so, not being able to watch tv is a serious issue to me.
luckily, the tv came back to normal and started to display the broadcasting after five-minute interval. man, that was really scary moment.....
テレビを見ていたら突然、画面がブルーになり、音声も聞こえない状態に。スイッチを入れたり消したりしましたが、何も変わらず。自宅に帰ってきてまずやることは、テレビのスイッチを入れること（夜の場合はライトをつけた後）。（寝ているときを除き）自宅にいる時はほとんどオン状態なんで、テレビを見られないっていうのは自分にとって結構致命的。
幸運にも、5分くらいの間をおいて元に戻り、放送を表示しましたが、いやぁ、ちょっとビビッた瞬間でした。

i lost the wisdom..., well, i'm talking about the tooth though. i remember that pulling out the wisdom tooth was hard. and painful as i have done this a few times long time ago. however, it was nothing but really simple and quick! it took a few minutes to shoot anesthetic injection and pulling out itself was only a few seconds. i'm not sure if that was because of the technology advancement or my wisdom tooth grown relatively normally but actually, i was amazed by that.
親知らずの抜歯。随分と昔に何本か抜いたんですが、結構大変だったことを覚えていました。で、今回はと言うと至ってシンプルで短時間！ 麻酔注射を打つのに数分程度、そして抜歯自体はなんと数秒。技術の発達のお陰か、はたまた親知らずが比較的普通に生えていたからなのかは分かりませんが、これには驚きました。
