i spent all day tidying. it's so difficult to throw away unnecessary thngs and organize things in order to find and reach things easily. it's more like a skill to get most out of limited space.
一日中片付け。必要なものがすぐに見つけられ、そして簡単に取り出せるよう、要らないものを処分したり、あれこれきちんとまとめたりするのって凄い難しい。限られたスペースを最大限活用できるのってもうあれですよね、スキルですよ。

on the way back from deja vu this morning, we stopped by at ramen shop, "nishiazabu hakata chimu soba." i only heard "chimu soba," so i didn't expect for hakata (tonkotsu / soup made from pig bones) ramen. man, that was really good with the thin noodle! i wish the shop was near at where i live..... by the way, i messed up with several mixes, sorry about that.
and i am wishing a lot of people will come out for tahke-san's night!
今朝方、デジャヴからの帰りに 「西麻布 博多 チムそば」 なるラーメン屋さんに立ち寄る。「チムそば」としか聞いていなかったので、まさか博多ラーメンだとは思ってもみませんでした。細麺でむちゃくちゃ美味かったっす！ うちの近所にあれば・・・。そう言えば、ミックス失敗が多かったような・・・、すいませんでした。
それから、tahkeさんの晩（番）には沢山の人が来ますように！

my wife always finds something new and interesting. and what she found this time was the limited version of yebisu beer called "kohaku (amber) yebisu," which my wife bought the other day. i forgot to take a pic of the beer but it was darker brown (like amber), and tasted a bit bitter than normal yebisu, yet smooth. anyway, it's worth trying this while available.
うちの奥さんはいつも何か新しい面白いものを見つけてきます。で、今回見つけてきたのがヱビス・ビールの限定「琥珀ヱビス」。中身の写真を撮るのを忘れてしまったんですが、確かに通常のものよりも色が（琥珀のように）濃くて若干苦味がある感じながらもスムーズ。お試しあれ。

while out for the work with my wife, we found a chinese restaurant where they put "hand shaven noodle" sign outside. i realized that i've never had that kind of noodle before, so we got in. i ordered beef one and my wife ordered hot and spicy one. the hand shaven noodle was not the one i saw in the tv, and it was thicker noodle yet tasted good. i have been eager to eat ramen noodle, and i was a bit satisfied but i still want more!
うちの奥さんとの散歩中、「刀削麺」の看板を外に出していた中華屋さんを発見。で、考えてみたら刀削麺って食べたことがなかったのでお店に入ることに。自分は肉入り、うちの奥さんは辛いやつを注文。麺はテレビで見るような感じではなく、もっと太かったんですが美味かったっす。ここのところラーメン食べたい食べたいとずっと思っていまして、今回の刀削麺で多少は満たされたんですが、まだまだ！

i wrote about a book, which is about behind the scenes of food manufacturing. ever since i read the book, i tend to check what's in the products (unfortunately, i still eat the products contaminated with adiditves though). and i found this article . that's really scary.....
以前に食品製造の裏側について書かれた本のことを書きまして、 それ以来、原材料などをチェックするようになりました（とは言うものの、残念ながら未だに薬漬けの食品を食べていますが）。で、こんな記事を発見 。大まかに言うと、食肉処理場で肉を切り落とした後に出たかけら（くず肉？）やドロドロのくず肉を一緒にして挽いた肉で作った冷凍ハンバーガー（大腸菌に汚染されていた）を食べた女性が9週間もこん睡状態に陥り、下半身が麻痺してしまったという内容。シャレにならないくらい怖い・・・。
