今私は、翻訳業もやっているとある会社で
インターンをしています
そこで、外食した店について
日本語と英語でレビューを書くことになりました(^∇^)
第一弾は、こちらのお店↓

・・・何屋さんだと思いますか？
のれんには、葡萄酒場の文字。
居酒屋か？いえ、実は、ここはイタリアンレストランなのです。
その名も、「裏HIROYA」。
・・・裏？そうなんです。
実は、ここ、深夜1時～午前１１時の間にオープンしている
「お食事処 ひろや」（ＪＲ「天満」駅から徒歩5分）という定食屋が閉店しているとき、
すなわち裏の時間に開店する（18時より）お店なんです∑(ﾟДﾟ)
その証拠（？）に、のれんには、裏向きの「ＨＩＲＯＹＡ」という文字が！！
ではでは、ここで食べたものを紹介していきたいと思います
鰤（ぶり）トロのカルパッチョ
新鮮なぶりを噛みしめたときの口に広がる幸せな味、
シャキシャキの野菜、そしてオリーブオイルが効いてて
オードブルには最高の一品でした！
ポルチーニ茸のクリームパスタ
超人気の店のため、注文してからくるまで
かなり待ちましたけど、その待たせるだけの
価値大有りの一品！
まろやかなクリームに、お肉もやわらかジューシー。
鶏せせり焼き
レモン汁をかけていただきました。
ちょっとした焦げ加減が絶妙で、
固さもちょうどいい！
最後に、店自体への感想を述べます。
人気過ぎて、長～い行列が出来ている店ですが、
それだけ並ぶ価値のあるお店です！
店内は、真ん中に厨房がありその周りを270度程
客席で囲むといった感じで、
少々小汚さはありますがそんなに気になりませんw
いつもなのかもしれませんが、この前は
店員3人で、頑張っていました（泣）
また、ぜひ行きたいと思っています

Now I'm serving my internship at a company, which also carries on translating.
Then I am supposed to write a review of restaurants
where I went to eat meal in Japanese and English.
Here is the first restaurant.
What kind of restaurant do you guess this is?
On a shop curtain, it says "Budo Sakaba(Grape Bar)."
Bar? No. It is an Italian resaurant.
The name is Ura-HIROYA.
......Ura? So, the reverse? What does it mean?
Actually there is a diner named "HIROYA" (5 minutes' walk from JR Tenma Station).
This is opend from 1 a.m. to 11 a.m.
While it is closed, that is, in a reverse time(from 6 p.m.),
"Ura-HIROYA" is opend.
On the curtain, there are reversed letters of"ＨＩＲＯＹＡ."
This is a sure sign of that.
Well, I!ll introduce the 3 foods I ate.
1. Carpaccio of Buri-toro (Fatty Cut of a Yellow Tail)
Fresh yellow fish, which has a good state that spreads in the mouth,
crisp and crunchy vegetables.
Moreover olive oil are good for these ingredients.
This menu is the best as oeuvre.
2. Cream Pasta with Porcini Mushroom
This restaurant Ura-Hiroya is so popular that we must wait for meals
served for a long time, but the dish is worth waiting so much and eating.
Cream is mild, and the meat is tender and jucy.
3. Roast Chiken's Neck
I ate this with a squeeze of lemon.
Some contained a burnt taste, but that was brilliant.
The toughness was enough to bite off.
At last, I will write about a whole resaurant.
Too popular! We must wait im line outside for a long time.
However, the foods are worthing waiting and eating！
In this reataurant, the kitchen is in a center and
it is almost surrounded by seats for guests.
A little dirty...but, I don't care :)
Maybe it is always true, but when I ate out in this restaurant,
only three clerks were there.
I'd like to go to eat here again.
