昨日は、コミュニティードラムサークルの日でした。
22人で楽しくタイコを叩きました。
I held a community drum circle yesterday.
22 people joined and played the drum with fun.
最初はゆったりとしたリズムで始まりましたが、
アクセントをつけてスピードアップすると、
どんどんリズムがタイトになっていきます。
At the beginning, the rhythm the participants played
was slowly and steady.
Then when we made the rhythm accent and speed up,
the rhythm became gradually solidify.
円の真ん中にファシリテーターが入ると、
みんなの気持ちがファシリテーターに集中します。
みんなでアクセントをつける時には、
アクセントをつける音にみんなが集中します。
When facilitator went into the center of the circle,
everybody focused to the facilitator.
When we made an accent note,
we concentrated to the note we made an accent.
こんな風に、気持ちが同じところに集中することで、
気持ちが一つになっていき、
一体感を感じるのではないでしょうか！
Like this, when we together concentrated
something the same thing
our feeling becme one and we felt unite!
後半は、サンバやラテンのリズムを基本にして、
ドラムサークルをやりました。
参加者のお一人がファシリテーターをしたり、
真ん中で踊ったり、歌ったり…
ヴァレンタインデーだったので、
もちろんチョコレートも食べましたよ！
The second half, we enjoyed some rhythms
based Samba and Latin music.
One of the participants facilitate our circle,
we danced and sang a song...
We of course ate a chocolate
because of Vaentains day!
今回もとっても楽しいドラムサークルになりました。
次回は3月13回に開催予定です。
