・フロントフェンダー
フロントフェンダーに取り付いているゴムブッシュをフェンダーに付け替えて、付属のボルトで取り付けます。
★純正のボルトは使用できません。
・Front fender
Replace the rubber bush attached to the front fender with the fender and attach it with the attached bolt.
★ Genuine bolt can not be used.
・ライトカウル
純正のライトカウルと交換します。ネジは純正を使います。
・Light cowl
Replace with a genuine light cowl. I will use the screw.
ライトバルブは、弊社オリジナルLEDバルブを使用しないとレンズが劣化する恐れがあります。
・If you do not use our original LED bulb for the light bulb, the lens may deteriorate.
・ラジエタータンク前カバー
純正のラジエタータンク前カバーをカットして使います。
・Radiator tank front cover
Cut and use a genuine radiator tank front cover.
シュラウドのステーが当たるのでカットしてください。
As the stay of the shroud hits, cut it.
カバーとオリジナルカバーの非接触部分を写真のようにカットしてください。
Cut the non-contact parts of the cover and the original cover as shown in the picture.
付属のリベットで5箇所くらい固定してください。
Please fix about 5 places with the attached rivet.
・タンクカバー&シュラウドLR
シュラウドは左右純正と同じように取り付けます。
純正ネジを使い仮止めしていきます。
★転倒歴がある場合は、取り付けが困難な場合があります。部品を交換する事で解消します。
・ Tank cover & shroud LR
The shroud is installed in the same way as the left and right genuine.
Temporarily tighten the genuine screws.
★ If you have a history of falls, it may be difficult to install. It can be resolved by replacing the parts.
・タンクカバー
・ Tank cover
タンクの取り付けネジを外します。
シュラウドに付いているネジを一度はずし、タンクキャップを外して、タンクカバーを被せて付属ボルトで取り付けてください。
位置が決まったら、全ての取付ボルトを増締してください。
★転倒経験がある場合は取付が困難な場合があります。
Remove the tank mounting screws.
Remove the screw attached to the shroud once, remove the tank cap, cover the tank cover, and attach it with the attached bolts.
Once the position is determined, tighten all mounting bolts.
★ If there is a tipping experience, installation may be difficult.
・サイドカバー
純正サイドカバー にオリジナルカバーを取り付けて固定します。
・ Side cover
Attach the original cover to the genuine side cover and secure it.
6カ所くらい 付属のネジか、リベットで固定します。
左右 同じ作業をします。
リアフェンダーとサイドカバー連結部分付近の穴開けは、連結形状が損なわない位置に穴あけしてください。
★純正のサイドカバーに取り付ける事で、他社と違い電装部、バッテリーやフィルターカバー部への雨等の巻き込みが無くなります。
About 6 places Fix with the included screws or rivets.
Left and right Do the same thing.
When drilling holes near the connection between the rear fender and the side cover, make holes at a position that does not impair the connection shape.
★ By attaching it to a genuine side cover, it will eliminate the involvement of rain etc. unlike other companies.
★ 取り付け穴・フィッティング確認は、2010年式 WR250X 新車にて確認しています。
車両の使用状態により、取り付け穴が合わない場合があります。
パーツに加工が必要になる場合がありますので、取り付けは必ず専門ショップに依頼してください。
★ The mounting holes and fittings are confirmed on the 2010 WR250X new car.
Depending on the usage condition of the vehicle, the mounting holes may not fit.
Be sure to ask a specialized shop for installation as parts may need to be processed.
