シンプルな動きを繰り返すことで自分なりの動きが生まれてくると思います。
そこを大切に自分の踊り方を意識しながら動いてみてください。

日本のクラブシーンの他、刺激を受けたNY、アフリカTanzaniaにて
ダンス、音楽、ンゴマ(女性だけが叩くアフリカンドラム)を追求。
90'sのHiphop、Reggae、House、Africanを基盤にしたFree Styleが自身のダンススタイルとなっている。
シンガーとしてもアルバム、楽曲をSony Music、USレーベルInceptoよりリリース。
現在はカナダ、バンクーバーにて、ローカルのDJとミュージックビデオ制作、振付、出演。
カナダのTV番組Nikkei TVにて自身のコーナーYUMECON！に出演中。
また、自身のリハビリを経て同じ思いをしている方に向けてフローイングストレッチとシンプルダンスのZoomレッスン、ダンス動画のYouTube配信を行っている。

I came up with this dembow dance exercise for beginners based on 90’s-00’s reggae scene and vibes.
By the time you repeated this simple choreography a few times, I think you will start dancing with your own style. I would want you all to focus on what makes your dance unique and different from others. I hope you get to have some fun dancing together with me while getting your exercise done✨
Finally, all the respect and appreciation from the bottom of my heart go out to those legends who have created this amazing dance culture, as well as those who spread this culture in Japan🙏

And many others as a performer, choreographer, and director on concerts, TV, MV, etc.
Yumeko has also published official DVD and dance exercise DVD in Japan.
Yumeko’s dance studio, Sista, was first opened in Tokyo, Japan. Many of her students are now the dancers at the forefront of dance scenes. Number of shows, choreographs, directions, the and performances were created.
Yumeko modelled and designed for NY street fashion brand, PNB NATION.
Club scenes from Tokyo, Japan, stimulating New York City, as well as Tanzanian dance, music, and ngoma (African drums only played by women) cultures are her pursuit.
Yumeko’s Free Style dance is based on 90’s Hip Hop, Reggae, House, and African dance.
As a singer, Yumeko has released an album and a song from Sony Music, US label Incepto.
Currently working on her music video, choreography, and performance with a local DJ in Vancouver, Canada. Yumeko appears in YUMEKCON! as a part of the Canadian TV program, Nikkei TV.
Yumeko also teaches Flowing Stretch and Simple Dance lessons on Zoom and via dance videos on YouTube for those who have been through the same struggles and physical therapy.
