今日の信州は朝は少し雨でしたが、いまは青空が見えています。
気温も昨日よりは暖かいみたい、、、。
午前中、看護婦さんが病室のベッドのシーツを替えたり部屋の掃除に来てくれたんですが、窓も拭いてもらったので外の景色がはっきりと見えています。
このあいだ、フォロワーの人から私の撮る写真が山が遠くに小さく見えてる写真と大きく近くに見えてる写真があるけど、実際には病室からどんな風に見えてるのかって聞かれました。
いつも写真を撮るとき、山と田んぼの全体が写るようにするのはアイパッドの画面を指で摘んで小さくして撮るんですが、近くを撮るときはそのままで撮ることが多いです。
なので、今日は病室の窓から見た感じの山の大きさがわかるように病室の写真も撮って載せますね。

The weather in Shinshu today is good; the rain from yesterday has stopped, and although there are some clouds, we can also see some blue sky.
The temperature seems warmer than it was yesterday.
This morning, a nurse came to clean my room and change the bedsheets, and she also wiped the windowpanes, so now I can see the outside clearly.
The other day, a follower asked me why some of the photos I take show mountain ranges appearing small and far away, while others show them large and close up. They asked me what the actual size of the mountains is from a hospital room.
Whenever I take a picture, I usually pinch the iPad camera screen to make it smaller so that the entire mountain range and rice fields are in the frame, but when I take a close-up shot, I usually just leave it as is.
So today I'm going to post a photo I took from my hospital room window to show you just how big the mountains are.

今天信州的天气很好；昨天的雨已经停了，虽然有些云，但也能看到蓝天。
气温似乎比昨天高了。
今天早上，一位护士来打扫我的房间，更换了床单，还擦拭了窗户玻璃，所以现在我可以清楚地看到外面的景色了。
前几天，一位粉丝问我，为什么我拍的照片里，有些山脉看起来很小很远，而有些照片里山脉却很大很近。他们问我，从医院病房里看，山脉的实际大小是多少。
我拍照时通常会捏合 iPad 的相机屏幕缩小画面，以便将整个山脉和稻田都纳入取景框内；但拍摄特写时，我通常就保持原样。
今天我要发布一张我从医院病房窗户拍的照片，让大家看看这些山到底有多大。
〈Korean〉
오늘 SHINSHU 날씨는 어제 비가 멈추고 구름이 조금 있지만 푸른 하늘도 보입니다.
기온도 어제까지보다 따뜻한 것 같습니다.
오전중, 간호사가 병실의 침대 시트나 방의 청소를 실시에 왔습니다만, 창유리를 닦아 주어 밖의 경치가 분명하게 보이게 되었습니다.
요 전날 팔로워 사람으로부터 내가 찍는 사진이 산맥이 멀리 작게 보이는 사진과 크게 가까이 보이는 사진이 있지만, 병실에서는 실제로 어떤 크기로 보이는지 물었다.
언제나 사진을 찍을 때는 산맥과 논의 전체가 찍히도록 찍을 때는 아이패드 카메라의 화면을 손가락으로 따서 작게 합니다만, 근처를 찍을 때는 그대로 찍는 것이 많다.
그러니까, 오늘은 병실의 창으로부터 본 산의 크기를 알 수 있는 사진을 찍어 올리네요.

O tempo hoje em Shinshu é de que a chuva de ontem parou e, embora haja algumas nuvens, também podemos ver um pouco de céu azul.
A temperatura parece mais alta do que ontem.
Esta manhã, uma enfermeira veio limpar meu quarto e trocar os lençóis, e também limpou os vidros das janelas, então agora consigo ver o exterior claramente.
Outro dia, um seguidor me perguntou por que algumas das fotos que tiro mostram cadeias de montanhas pequenas e distantes, enquanto outras as mostram grandes e de perto. Ele me perguntou qual o tamanho real das montanhas visto de um quarto de hospital.
Sempre que tiro uma foto, costumo usar o gesto de pinça na tela da câmera do iPad para diminuir o enquadramento e assim enquadrar toda a cordilheira e os campos de arroz, mas quando tiro uma foto de perto, geralmente deixo como está.
Então, hoje vou postar uma foto que tirei da janela do meu quarto de hospital para mostrar a vocês o quão grandes são as montanhas.
