今朝はとても綺麗な朝焼けが見れました。
風のない静かな澄んだ空の下にアルプスが遠くまで見えていました。
でも、そんな静かな朝の今日なのに、一日中点滴を受けてました。
最初の点滴で先生が今日は点滴を２回行いますと言うと看護婦さんが少し驚いて、でもすぐに、大変だけど頑張ってねと言いながら私の左腕に針を挿しました。
毎日頑張ってるけど、でも、健康になるための点滴でも２回続けて受けるのはとても疲れました。
いつもなら午後だけなんですが、今日は朝と午後も受けることになって、点滴は４時間あいだをあけないといけないので一日中になってしまいました。
こんな毎日で、本当に元気になれるのかな、、、

I saw a very beautiful sunrise this morning.
Under a calm, clear sky with no wind, the Alps were visible in the distance.
But today I was receiving an IV drip all day.
When the doctor told me, "To improve your health, we'll give you two IV drips today," the nurse looked a little surprised.
Then, the nurse inserted the IV needle into my left arm, saying to me, "It's going to be tough, but please do your best."
I try my best every day, but even though it was an IV drip meant to improve my health, receiving it twice in a row left me very tired.
Usually, I only get treatment in the afternoon, but today I have to receive it both in the morning and afternoon, and since there needs to be a four-hour gap between infusions, it ended up being all day.
Can my body really become healthy with a daily routine like this,,,.

今天早上我看到了非常美丽的日出。
在风平浪静、万里无云的晴空下，远处的阿尔卑斯山脉清晰可见。
但今天我一整天都在输液。
当医生告诉我“为了改善你的健康状况，我们今天会给你输两次静脉输液”时，护士看起来有点惊讶。
然后，护士把静脉注射针头扎进我的左臂，对我说：“这会很艰难，但请尽力而为。”
我每天都尽力而为，但即使输液是为了改善我的健康状况，连续输液两次也让我感到非常疲惫。
通常我只在下午接受治疗，但今天我必须上午和下午都接受治疗，而且由于两次输液之间需要间隔四个小时，所以结果花了一整天的时间。
像这样每天坚持这样的作息，我的身体真的能变得健康吗…。

오늘 아침은 매우 아름다운 아침을 볼 수 있었습니다.
바람이 없는 조용히 맑은 하늘 아래 알프스 산맥이 멀리까지 보였습니다.
하지만 그런 오늘은 하루 종일 정맥 점적을 받고 있었다.
의사가 저에게 “건강하게 하기 위해 오늘은 점적을 두 번 합니다.”라고 말하자 간호사가 조금 놀란 표정을 했다.
그리고 간호사가 나에게 "힘든 일이지만 분투해주세요."라고 말하면서 내 왼팔에 점적의 바늘을 삽입했다.
저는 매일 열심히 하고 싶습니다만, 하지만, 신체를 건강하게 하기 위한 정맥 주사라고 해도 2회 계속해서 받으면 매우 피곤했습니다.
평소라면 오후만입니다만, 오늘에 관해서는 아침과 오후도 받게 되어, 점적과 점적의 사이는 4시간 열어야 하기 때문에 하루 종일이 되었습니다.
이런 매일에 신체가 정말 건강해질까,,,.

Vi um nascer do sol lindíssimo esta manhã.
Sob um céu calmo e límpido, sem vento, os Alpes eram visíveis ao longe.
Mas hoje passei o dia todo recebendo soro intravenoso.
Quando o médico me disse: "Para melhorar sua saúde, vamos lhe administrar dois soros intravenosos hoje", a enfermeira pareceu um pouco surpresa.
Então, a enfermeira inseriu a agulha do soro no meu braço esquerdo, dizendo: "Vai ser difícil, mas, por favor, faça o seu melhor."
Eu me esforço ao máximo todos os dias, mas mesmo sendo uma injeção intravenosa destinada a melhorar minha saúde, recebê-la duas vezes seguidas foi muito cansativo.
Normalmente, recebo o tratamento apenas à tarde, mas hoje preciso recebê-lo tanto de manhã quanto à tarde, e como é necessário um intervalo de quatro horas entre as infusões, acabou durando o dia todo.
Será que meu corpo pode realmente ficar saudável com uma rotina diária como essa,,,.
