先週の土曜日からWiFiを使えるようにしてもらえたんですが、家にいたときよりも検査の回数が増えて写真を撮ったりブログを更新したりする時間が少なくなりました、、、
でも、わがままを言ってたらだめですよね。本当なら禁止されてるのをお願いして使えるようにしてもらったんだから。
こうしてブログを更新することができるようになって本当に嬉しいです。
でも、サナトリウムは家よりもずっと北の方にあるみたいで、今まで家から見ていた山が小さく遠くなって、北アルプスが大きくすごく近くに見えるようになりました。
それに、まわりがどこまでも田んぼばかりで森の樹が全然無いくてとても寂しいです。
毎日のお薬の量も増えて、お散歩も前のようには外に出してもらえなくなりました。
でも、少し良いこともありました。
病室の窓から見える空はすごく広くて朝焼けや夕焼けがとても綺麗です。
サナトリウムへ来た日はすごい大雨と雷で怖かったけど、お天気の良い日には水を張った田んぼに北アルプスが鏡のように映って見えます。
この間は大きな白鳥のような白鷺も飛んできてくれました。
そのときは写真を撮れなかったけど、また今度撮れたら載せたいと思います。
今日は、この間の雨上がりに撮れた夕焼け雲の写真を載せますね。

I've had Wi-Fi since last Saturday, but I've had to go for more health checkups than when I was at home, so I have less time to take photos and update my blog,,,.
But I think I shouldn't be selfish. I'm actually using Wi-Fi that's prohibited, after all.
I'm so happy that I'm able to update my blog like this.
However, the sanatorium seems to be much further north than my house, so the mountains I used to be able to see from home now look small and far away, while the Northern Alps look incredibly large and close.
Furthermore, the area surrounding the sanatorium is nothing but rice paddies as far as the eye can see, with no trees in the forest at all, which makes it very lonely.
The amount of medication I have to take every day has increased, and I'm no longer allowed to go for walks outside as often as before.
But there were a few good things too.
The sky visible from my hospital room window is so much wider now, and the sunrises and sunsets are incredibly beautiful.
The day I arrived at the sanatorium was terrifying with heavy rain and thunder, but on sunny days, the Northern Alps are reflected like a mirror in the water-filled rice paddies.
The other day, a large egret, resembling a swan, came to visit me.
I wasn't able to take any photos then, but I'll post some next time if I manage to take some.
Today, I'll post a photo of the sunset clouds that I took after the rain the other day.

我从上周六开始就能使用Wi-Fi了，但是我做的健康检查比在家的时候多了很多，所以我拍照和更新博客的时间就少了，，，。
但我不该这么自私，对吧？毕竟，我正在使用被禁止的Wi-Fi。
我很高兴能够这样更新我的博客。
然而，疗养院似乎比我家更靠北，所以我以前在家能看到的山脉现在看起来很小很远，而北阿尔卑斯山看起来却非常巨大很近。
此外，疗养院周围一眼望不到边的稻田，森林里根本没有树木，显得非常荒凉。
我每天需要服用的药物剂量增加了，而且我也不能像以前那样经常外出散步了。
但也有一些好事。
现在从我病房的窗户望出去，天空比以前开阔多了，日出日落也美得令人难以置信。
我到达疗养院的那天真是可怕，暴雨雷鸣，但在晴朗的日子里，北阿尔卑斯山像镜子一样倒映在注满水的稻田里。
前几天，一只长得像大天鹅的白鹭来拜访我。
当时我没能拍到照片，但如果下次有机会的话，我会把照片发出来。
今天，我将发布一张前几天雨后拍摄的日落云彩照片。

지난 주 토요일부터 WiFi를 사용할 수 있게 되었습니다만, 집에 있을 때보다 건강 진단 횟수가 늘어 사진을 찍거나 블로그를 갱신하는 시간이 적어졌습니다,,,.
그렇지만, 내가 그대로를 말하면 안 되네요. 사실은 금지되어 있는 WiFi를 사용할 수 있도록 부탁하고 사용하고 있으니까.
이렇게 블로그를 업데이트할 수 있게 되어 정말 기쁩니다.
하지만 사나트륨은 집보다 훨씬 북쪽에 있는 것 같고, 지금까지 집에서 보였던 산이 작게 멀어져 북알프스가 굉장히 크고 가까이 보이게 되었습니다.
게다가 사나트륨 주위가 어디까지나 논만 있어 숲의 나무가 전혀 없고 매우 외롭습니다.
매일 복용하는 약의 양이 늘어나 산책도 다음과 같이 밖으로 내주지 못하게 되었습니다.
하지만 조금 좋은 일도있었습니다.
병실의 창문에서 보이는 하늘이 굉장히 넓어져 아침 굽거나 일몰이 매우 깨끗합니다.
사나트륨에 온 날은 폭우와 번개가 매우 무서웠지만, 날씨가 좋은 날은 물을 쓴 논에 북 알프스가 거울처럼 비쳐 보입니다.
요 전날 큰 백조와 같은 모습의 백로가 찾아왔다.
그 때는 사진을 찍을 수 없었습니다만, 또 찍을 수 있으면 올리고 싶습니다.
오늘은, 이 사이의 비가 올라가 찍은 일몰 구름의 사진을 게재하네요.
〈Portugal〉
Tenho Wi-Fi desde sábado passado, mas precisei fazer mais exames médicos do que quando estava em casa, então tenho menos tempo para tirar fotos e atualizar meu blog,,,.
Mas não devo ser egoísta. Afinal, estou usando uma rede Wi-Fi proibida.
Estou muito feliz por poder atualizar meu blog assim.
No entanto, o sanatório parece estar muito mais ao norte do que minha casa, então as montanhas que eu costumava ver de casa agora parecem pequenas e distantes, enquanto os Alpes do Norte parecem incrivelmente grandes e próximos.
Além disso, a área ao redor do sanatório é composta apenas por arrozais até onde a vista alcança, sem nenhuma árvore na floresta, o que a torna muito solitária.
A quantidade de medicamentos que preciso tomar diariamente aumentou, e já não me é permitido passear ao ar livre com a mesma frequência de antes.
Mas também houve algumas coisas boas.
O céu que consigo ver da janela do meu quarto de hospital está muito mais amplo agora, e o nascer e o pôr do sol são incrivelmente belos.
No dia em que cheguei ao sanatório, a chuva forte e os trovões foram muito assustadores, mas em dias ensolarados, os Alpes do Norte se refletem como um espelho nos arrozais alagados.
Outro dia, uma grande garça branca, parecida com um cisne, veio me visitar.
Não consegui tirar nenhuma foto na hora, mas postarei algumas se conseguir da próxima vez.
Hoje vou postar uma foto das nuvens ao pôr do sol que tirei depois da chuva do outro dia.
