今日は昨日点滴をしてもらったおかげで身体の具合が少し良いみたいです。
朝食もゆっくりですがいつものように食べることができました。
窓から見える山は真っ白で、信州に本格的な冬が来たことを告げています。
外はマイナス５度と寒いみたいですが、家の中は暖かくて家族との時間が過ぎていくのを感じました。
何事もない変わらないいつもの光景と優しい時間。その大切さと愛としさで胸がいっぱいになりました。

Today I feel better thanks to the IV injection I received yesterday.
Although it was slow time, I was able to eat breakfast as usual.
The mountains visible from the window are completely covered in white, signaling the arrival of full-fledged winter in Shinshu.
It seems to be cold outside, minus 5 degrees, but inside the house it's very warm and I feel the time passing in the warmth of my family.
The unchanging scenery and the usual gentle moments... I feel anew how precious and dear they are.

多亏昨天注射的静脉输液，我今天感觉好多了。
虽然花了一段时间，但我还是像往常一样吃了早餐。
从窗户望出去，群山完全被白雪覆盖，预示着信州的冬季已经全面来临。
外面似乎很冷，零下5度，但屋里很暖和，在家人温暖的怀抱中，我感觉时间过得很快。
一成不变的风景和寻常的温馨时刻……我再次感受到它们是多么珍贵。

오늘은 어제에 물방울을 주사받은 덕분에 몸의 상태가 좋아진 것처럼 느낍니다.
시간이 걸렸지만 아침 식사도 평소처럼 먹을 수있었습니다.
창문에서 보이는 산이 새하얗게 물들어 SHINSHU에 본격적인 겨울이 도래한 것을 말하고 있습니다.
밖은 마이너스 5도로 추운 것 같습니다만, 집안은 매우 따뜻하고 가족과의 온기가 있는 시간이 지나가는 것을 느낍니다.
아무 일도 없는 변하지 않는 광경과 평소의 상냥한 시간. 그 소중함과 사랑을 다시 한번 느끼고 있습니다.

Hoje me sinto melhor graças à injeção intravenosa que recebi ontem.
Demorou um pouco, mas consegui tomar o café da manhã normalmente.
As montanhas visíveis da janela estão completamente cobertas de branco, sinalizando a chegada do inverno em Shinshu.
Parece estar frio lá fora, menos 5 graus, mas dentro de casa está muito quente e sinto o tempo passar no calor da minha família.
A paisagem imutável e os momentos tranquilos de sempre... Sinto novamente o quão preciosos e queridos eles são.
