3月21日(月)に『東京ベイサイドクラブ』でブライダルフェアを行います。
半年に一度の大規模なフェアになり、
試食やドレス展示など、ゲストの気持ちになって当日を体感できるイベントです。
会場見学を始めたばかりのお二人も、年明けからいくつか見学したけどピンっ！とくるところがないなぁ、と思っているお二人も、ぜひご参加ください。

先日、インスタグラムのお話しをさせていただきました。

「CelebrationinJapan」でインスタも始めたのですが、世界のウェディング関係の方々からの「いいね！」をいただき、その方達の写真も拝見しているのですが、その中でとびきり素敵なフォトグラファーを見つけましたので、ご紹介。
Our「CelebrationinJapan」team is on instagram. From all over the world, we can view and like other peoples works of photography and art. They are all so beautiful, and I came across one particular instagram that really caught my eye, and today I would like to share this with you.
彼の名前はPaul Rogersさんという、ロンドン在住のウェディングフォトグラファー。
The instagrammer is Paul Rogers. He’s a documentary wedding photographer based in London.
彼が先に私達の写真を見つけてくれて、
をくれたので、私が彼の写真を見に行ったのですが、その写真に一目惚れしました！
After I had uploaded a photo on our instagram, I received a from Paul Rogers. I ended up checking out his instagram and I was really impressed. His photography touched my heart.
そこには結婚式ならではの、新郎新婦や父や母や親戚、もちろん友達も、みんなの自然な表情がたくさんありました。
結婚式では必ずみんながしてしまう自然な笑顔や泣き顔がたくさん！
His photos are about capturing moments of the bride and groom, their families and friends, that are natural- no poses! So much joy and laughter and tears that are shot so beautifully.
そこで彼のホームページも見に行ってみたら、「ポージングが苦手な人はここに来て正解！」と書いてあって、「スライドショーのような美しくて自然な瞬間を撮影する」と。。。

Amazing Thai Wedding in Rayavadee 2-3

そして、再度お支度を整えたおふたりは披露宴へ。
And so, the two have are on their way to the reception party.
披露宴会場はここ。
This is where the reception took place.
『Umbrella Tree Yard (アンブレラツリーヤード)』です。木が傘のように大きく枝を伸ばしていて、この木の下でのパーティです。
It’s called the Umbrella Tree Yard. The big tree seen here in the center grows with its branches high and wide making a nice shady area to relax in.
夕方からのパーティなので、サンセットを眺めながら、ライトアップされたツリーの下でパーティスタートです。
The party was going to take place in the evening. So after sunset, the tree would light up for the part to start.
この日は中国からお越しいただいたゲストに楽しんでもらおうと内容は盛り沢山。
These guests came all the way from China. So pleased to see that they are enjoying their time here.
タイダンスの演舞や、ファイアショーなど。
ゲストの方達も一緒に踊ったり！
A Thai dance and fire show was performed.
Guests even joined in the entertainment!
ファイアショーは圧巻でした。
日本ではなかなか見ることの出来ないダイナミックな技がたくさんありました。
The fire show was amazing
It’s things like these that you just don’t get the chance to see in Japan.
少しだけですが、ご覧くださいませ。
It’s only a few, so please take a look at these.
と、このような形で披露宴は進みお開きを迎えました。
And in this manner, the party went on into the night.
お父様、お母様とは共通の言語がないので直接の言葉は交わせませんが、表情を拝見していると皆様とても楽しんでいたように思いました。
(もちろんテイチャンが伝えてくれたのですが)
With the language barrier, I could not get direct information, but looking at the facial expressions of the mother and father, they seemed so happy this day.
(Of course Tei made sure they actually were.)
今回は本当に三種三様でのウエディングをお手伝いさせていただきましたが、
次はどんなおふたりをお手伝いさせていただけるでしょう。
We are so grateful to have been a part of these past three weddings.
What's in store for us next? Well, whoever they are, we are looking forward to helping you.

Amazing Thai Wedding in Rayavadee 2-2

This is Nawa.
先日ご紹介をしましたおふたりのウエディングの続きです。
This blog continues from wedding #2 that happened at the fabulous RAYAVADEE.
挙式を済ませたおふたりは、『エレファントライティングフォト』の撮影のため、エレファントパークへ移動です。
Following the ceremony, the couple had decided to include a photoshoot/ ride with the elephants into their wedding package.
こちらは撮影用に象もおめかししています。
This is the beginning of their photoshoot.
iPhoneの撮影だとどうしても限りがあるのですが、ジャングル感は伝わるでしょうか。
Taking the photos with the iPhone always left the elephant looking a bit cropped out, but rest assured, the background is a jungle and you’d really get lost in its beauty!
カメラマン達も少しバテてきた様子です(笑)
The cameraman seems to have lost some energy lol
そして、ラヤバディに戻ってから少し休憩後に披露宴の始まりです。
Later on, we returned to Rayavadee for a little break before the reception party.

昨日は1組目のお客様の様子をご紹介させていただきました。
本日は2組目のお客様です。
If you’ve been reading our blog, yesterday was wedding #1 at Rayavadee.
Today, we move on to our second wedding at Rayavadee.
このお二人は新郎新婦共に中国の方で、日本で暮らしていたため、今回お手伝いさせていただく機会となりました。
This couple grew up together in China and are now living in Japan. I am so happy to have been able to help and be a part of making their special day happen.
ただ、ゲストのご親族様は中国語しかお話しにならないので、当日は日本語、英語、中国語、タイ語が入り乱れての打ち合わせ。
(長く結婚式のお仕事をさせていただいてますが、4ヶ国語が飛び交う婚礼はさすがに初めてでした(笑))
The guests were Chinese speakers, so our final meeting to go over last minute discussions was a mix of Japanese, English, Chinese and Thai languages.
(I have been working in the wedding industry for so long, and this is the first time we’ve had such an international wedding! lol)
ここではドリームエージェントの中国語担当のテイチャンが大活躍してくれました。
This is where our team member, Tei, comes in. She speaks Chinese and helped make this wedding a huge success! Thanks, Tei.
挙式の場所は前日と同じくガーデンです。
The ceremony took place at the garden, just like wedding #1. The view is just spectacular, who wouldn’t want to get married here in paradise.
華やかな雰囲気にしたいというご要望から、アーチやお花を豪華にアレンジ。
They wanted a floral atmosphere for their wedding, so we arranged for this gorgeous flower arch to bet setup for them.
お二人の移動の風景や、アーチを設置している風景。
今回はカメラマンも中国から来ているので、少しの変更も必ずテイチャンが通訳として入ってくれます。
We needed two people to help disassemble the flower arch after the ceremony.
For this wedding, the couple brought in their own photographer from China. So Tei was a real big help with the language.
挙式の後は、ケーキ入刀後にJAZZの生演奏を聞きながら、1時間ほどガーデンでの朝食ブッフェ。
After the ceremony was the cake cutting along with a live jazz band performance. For about 1 hour, a breakfast buffet was served.
朝の9時半頃なので、まだ気温もそれほど高くなく、湿気も強くないので、気持ちいい空気の中写真を撮ったり、おしゃべりしたり。
Since it was only half past nine in the morning, the weather was not too hot and the humidity was not too bad either. It was perfect to stay outdoors while chatting and taking pictures with others.
お二人が手配されたカメラマン達は、ドローンを使用した撮影も行なっていました。
(お写真を見せていただく約束をしたので、出来上がりが楽しみです)
The photographer who was brought in by the couple also used a drone to capture the wedding.
(The couple said they’d show me the results later; I'm really curious to see it!)
そして、ここで一度解散です。
お二人はエレファントライティングでの写真撮影に出発です。
That concludes part one of the wedding.

前回はクラビのご紹介だけになってしまいましたが、ここからはどんな『Rayavadee Wedding』だったかのご紹介です。
Last time, I spoke about my recent appointment in Krabi. From today, I will tell you about the Rayavadee Wedding.
前日の午前中でご到着された新郎新婦とゲストの皆様。 午後にロビーで待ち合わせをして、最終確認と当日の場所の確認をしました。
The previous morning, the couple and their families all arrived. Later that afternoon, we had a final meeting to go over last minute discussions, and to take a look at the venue.
到着の日はこれだけです。
明日に備えてゆっくり寝ていただきます。
That’s pretty much the day’s story.
Tomorrow will be hard work, so I need to rest up as much as possible to prepare for the big day.
そして、結婚式当日。
お2人のお部屋で準備を整えて、お式の前にまずはお写真撮影です。
And now, the wedding day.
Once the couple were ready in their room, it was time for their photoshoot.

The beauty of the nature is just too breathtaking, even the guests took every chance they had to get up and appreciate its grandeur.
挙式後はケーキ入刀をして、ここで乾杯！
After the ceremony, the cake comes out and everyone toasts to the newly wed couple!
みんなで会食会場のレストランへ移動しつつ、サンセットを臨みながらの写真撮影。
Everyone went on to the restaurant to soon start dinner. On the way, there was a beautiful sunset and we made sure to capture great moments of the couple.
ご新婦様も靴を脱いで、裸足でビーチを歩いてしまいました！
The bride took off her shoes and walked barefoot along the soft sand beach.
そして、お食事の会場は外の空気を感じることのできるテラス席で、タイ料理のご用意です。
Time for the feast. It took place outdoors in the fresh air and Thai cuisine was served.
お席のセッティングは今回はレストランへお任せしたのですが、やっぱりたくさんお花が使われていて、ライティングもランプやキャンドルがセットされていて、とても素敵です。
This time, we had asked the restaurant to prepare the setup for this wedding dinner. They did a beautiful job. As I always say, flowers( lots of them) and lightings such as lamps or candles is really the way to go. It just looks fantastic.
お食事会のテーマは「みんなでいっぱい食べて、いっぱい飲む！」。
The dinner’s theme was “Eat and drink to your hearts content!”.
波の音を聞きながら、楽しんだ。と、
翌日、ホテル内を散歩しているお父様に伺いました。
Listening the sounds of the waves from the beach, it was such a blissful experience.
With the hotel immersed in the beauty of nature, just a walk around the hotel can totally refresh you. The next day, the father of the newly wed couple did just that.

前回はクラビのご紹介だけになってしまいましたが、ここからはどんな『Rayavadee Wedding』だったかのご紹介です。
Last time, I spoke about my recent appointment in Krabi. From today, I will tell you about the Rayavadee Wedding.
前日の午前中でご到着された新郎新婦とゲストの皆様。 午後にロビーで待ち合わせをして、最終確認と当日の場所の確認をしました。
The previous morning, the couple and their families all arrived. Later that afternoon, we had a final meeting to go over last minute discussions, and to take a look at the venue.
到着の日はこれだけです。
明日に備えてゆっくり寝ていただきます。
That’s pretty much the day’s story.
Tomorrow will be hard work, so I need to rest up as much as possible to prepare for the big day.
そして、結婚式当日。
お2人のお部屋で準備を整えて、お式の前にまずはお写真撮影です。
And now, the wedding day.
Once the couple were ready in their room, it was time for their photoshoot.

クラビに移動してからバタバタとしてしまいましたが、
ここからはドリームエージェントの中国語担当テイチャンと一緒に行動していました。
As soon as I got to Krabi, I was busy running errands here and there.
Here, I am to help out with a wedding that myself and our very own Tei have been working on together.
まずはクラビ空港でテイチャンと合流。
To start the day, I first met up with Tei at the airport.
クラビ空港はとても小さな空港なので迷うことはありません。
そしてこの空港はバンコクやプーケットよりも国際色豊かではないかと思います。
Krabi Airport is so small that it would be almost impossible to lose your way here.
Also, in comparison to Bangkok or Phuket Airport, it feels more international.
自然溢れるリゾートを目指して世界中から人が集まってきています。
英語、中国語、フランス語、スペイン語、ドイツ語(？)…
聞きなれない言葉もありますが、ちょっと耳を澄ますとスウェーデンなどの北欧からも来ているようです。
This resort clearly attracts people from all over the world.
I could hear different languages- English, Chinese, French, Spanish, German. And if I was hearing correctly, I think a majority of the voices came from Northern Europe.

This place offers the very best of service, yet still manages to keep the atmosphere homely. I would definitely be staying here whenever I get the chance to go to Krabi.

目の前のビーチは干潮になると300mぐらい潮がひいてしまい、海だった場所を歩けてしまいます。
This beach here, that was just before my eyes has tides that rise up to 300m. So I’m walking where water flows during high tide.

Personally, the room I was most interested to see was the room that has a bed that took 18 months to make! I will forever love CECCOTTI designs. They are impeccable and most mesmerizing- I love it!
