英語ってなんだっけ？！
バイリンガル・ブログ宣言をして約１ヵ月。一つ、気がついたことがあります。
英語が書けない！！！
えっ？
はい、私、人生の殆ど、アメリカで過ごしています。毎日、英語を使って生活しています。日本語はもっぱらインターネットと日本に住む両親とテレビ電話する時くらい。日本語を口にすることは殆どない生活をしているので、スピーキング力は自分でも分かるくらい落ちています。
なのに、英語が書けない！！！
なぜ？！
理由は簡単。普段、読み書きは英語より日本語の方が多いからです。
例えばインターネット。なぜか日本語の書き物を好む傾向にあります。それも、シリアスなモノからミーハー・モノまで。Eメールも、個人的なのは日本語の方が多いかも。なので、自然と日本語の表現が身につきます。しかし、英語ではそれが出来ていないんです。気がついている方もいらっしゃると思いますが、私の英語の記事、なんかちょっと硬いですよね？！不自然なところ、ありますよね？！
アメリカで毎日、英語で生活しているのにこんなこと言うのおかしいですが・・・
英語の勉強、頑張ります！
English?! What's That?!
About a month ago, I decided to write this blog both in Japanese and English. Do you know what I realized?!
I CAN'T WRITE IN ENGLISH!!!
That's right! I have lived in the United States almost all of my life. I use English every single day. Only times I use Japanese are when I am using the Internet (browsing, writing e-mail, etc.) and when I talk to my parents. In fact, I barely speak Japanese these days that I know my speaking ability is deteroitating.
Yet, I can't write in English!
WHY???
It's obvious. I read more Japanese than English! For example, when I am browsing the Internet, I prefer to visit Japanese language sites. When I write, I prefer to write in Japanese, like this blog!
I think some of you may have noticed that my Japanese writings are more smooth than my English ones. No worries - I think so, too. 
It is so weird for me to say this, but...
IT'S TIME TO BRUSH UP MY ENGLISH!!!
By the way, what is the best translation for gambare（頑張れ）in English?!
