Yubukan -Mitsunarijuku- Wednesday

Wednesday training session at Yubukan Mitsunarijuku.

My friend, Ulrich Mierswa sensei Shang hai Xijiao Aikido vist us and 9 members come to the class.

Started from warm up, "Ukemi" and "Shikko" then through opponent "Gyakuhanmi katatedori" to "Kokyuho" also as warm up.

Move from center and don't use arm works to "Shihonage" then cut in to behind opponent to "Iriminage" next.
Wipe and swing opponent "Gyakuhanmi katatedori" arm to "Iriminage omote" and swing as roll to "kokyunage".

Lead in and cut back to "Ikkyou" then "Ikkyou ura" to "Kokyunage".
Change to cross arm connection to cut back "Kokyunage" and sendo forward to another style of "Kokyunage".



Pass to Ulrish sensei and move three trchniques move from "Morotedori".
"Zagi kokyuho" to close the class.
