Doyukai Saturday (Grading Exam)

Class return to Sham Shui Po for the first time in the last 3 weeks was grading examination day.

16 members come and set up the place in renewaled dance room in Pei Ho Street Sports Center.

Started as usual warm up and basic move.

"Katatedori Kokyuho"followed as flexibility exercises.

Moved "Katatedori Iriminage" starting techniques as well.

Start the grading examination after enough warm up move.

4 members attend to 5th kyu exam and 2 members attend to 1st kyu exam.

All of them shown satisfactory performance for each grade.

I am quite satisfied at 5th kyu grading members performance.

Requested to members that try to keep "Seiza" during the exam.
That is a part of training.

I think that I should inform proper manner that is also part of my duty to member visit any place and show their proper manner.

Many of the members payed enough attention and tryed keep on "Seiza",

Back to the training after the grading examination.

Show some thchniques from "Ryotedori"and move "Iriminage" and "Tenchinage" as usual training.

Concentrate for arms work especialy extend fingers.

Explain how to use the arm and send the spirit to top of the fingers.

We use that in "Tenchinage".

Generate the power from center and send it to top of the fingers through the arm.

Use that work in "Zagi Kokyuho" at end of the class.

All of 6 members tryed to grading exam passed the grading exam and grade up.

Very satisfied and nice grading examination today.

Moved to Kowloon park to weapons training after the lunch.

Mr.Chan was waiting in there to come back to trainig after 3 month leave.

All of us ware very happy to meet him again, how ever rain started down when we start the training.

The rain never stoped and we decided to cancell the class finaly.

Moved to local cafe and talked with Mr.Chan about futures training.

Really happy day even cancelled the weapons class.
