Doyukai Sunday

Weather getting warm and warm, Hong Kong's weather surely changed to early summer.

Ride on the MTR to Sai Wan Ho and walk to Island East Sports Center.

14 members come to the session, that was more than usual Sunday session.

Luckly enogh, we could use the room early to set up, could start the traiing exactly 4pm.

Starting form Shomenuchi after usual warm up and ukemi, shikko.

Control oponent Shomenuchi attack by out side of arm as sabaki, change another hand and turn oponent arm over to Ikkyou.

Change the arm after gently sabaki and control, moving very calm heart and relaxed body.

Go to Iriminage from same sabaki.

Move as Ikkyou ura but step in more deeper back side of oponent.

Swing by tenkan as kuzushi and swing up the arm to throw.

Center going to sink and arm going up and extend to above, both of different directions power in side of body.

Change to Gyakuhanmi katatedori to Nikyou.

Step forward to atemi, step back to kuzushi, take oponent wrist as nikyou and turn over the arm.

Tryed some style of submission at ura techniques, but all of those are charged our center to oponent center, not only do by arms work.

Keep on Gaykuhanmi katate dori,

Step back and pulling oponent arm to Kaiten nage.

Arm not pulling by arm's power, pulling by center and use teh arm as "S" shape move.

Just pulling with no contact or make contact at once and off the power to oponent unstabe.

That is very usual kuzushi techniques at many techniques move.

神ながらの道-Ushirokokyunage Use same arms work at Kokyunage from standing position.

Lift up arm by kokyu and off the power and straight down to drop and roll oponent.

Like obliterate oue self by rost connection to releace the pushing power by oponent.

I like thise kind of techniques very much.

Tryed same techniques from sitting position as Zagi kokyuho.

Members must be understand that that is same move I used to do at Zagi kokyuho.

Tryed same move at Zagi kokyuho.

Change to Yokomenuchi to Shihonage.

Step in and through oponent attack usual sabaki to Shihonage.

Chack the posture after moved sabaki and take oponent wrist to Shihonage.

From same sabaki to Jyujinage.

Use fake atemi to oponent face then take oponent hand to protection and step in to same direction with oponent to fix the arm as jyuji (cross) to roll down.

Move Yokomenuchi Iriminaga as slow as we can and Zagi kokyuho at end of the class.

It was a really nice holiday afternoon session with nice members.
