今日は産院での初診について書きたいと思います。
初めて行く病院でしたのでどのくらい時間がかかるか分からなかったので、朝一番早い時間で予約をしました。
8:30am アポ。
8:00am 病院到着。
受付で申込書を複数受け取り、記入して提出。
9:00am 診察室前のベンチで順番を呼ばれるのを待つ。
9:10am 診察室から先生に名前を呼ばれて入室。
超音波での心拍確認、出産予約の確認、NIPTの相談、今後のスケジュール確認をしました。
-心拍確認
産院ではお腹の上からエコーで見るのかと思いきや、不妊治療クリニックと同じく下から超音波で確認しました。
心拍を確認できました。
-出産予約
初診を受けた人なら、予約はできるとのこと。（ただ、妊娠経過を見る必要があるため、今から出産予定日で予約するようなことはやっていない模様）
-NIPT
遺伝外来のアポを別にとる必要があるとのこと。
まずカウンセリングを受けて、その場で検査を受けることを決めてもいいし別の日に検査を受けてもいいとのこと。
NIPTは10w以降に受けることができ、2週間で結果が出る。
そこで陽性となった場合は、12w以降に羊水検査等を行うことができる。
-今後のスケジュール
24wまでは4週毎、それ以降は2週毎に通院することになるとのこと。
双子外来は火曜と金曜のみ。
出来れば、毎回同じ曜日に通院した方が同じ先生にあたるから、診察内容も一貫するのでいいのではとのこと。
通院回数を減らすために、NIPTのカウンセリング予約と次回の診察を同じ日で予約。

I am writing about my first consultation at the delivering clinic.
As I didn’t know how long it will take, I made an appointment at the earliest time.
8:30am appointment
I arrived at the clinic at 8:00am and received some forms to fill in.
9:00am I moved to a seat in front of a consultation room
9:10am I was called to the room by a doctor.
We discussed about the following points.
-Heartbeat of fetus
good
-Appointment of delivering
Anyone can deliver the babies at this clinic once we have first consultation
-NIPT
I need to take an appointment of NIPT consultation to take NIPT examination
I can take the test on the same day of the consultation
I can take the test after 10w of pregnancy and receive the test result in 2 weeks
When I get positive result, I will take amniotic fluid test after 12w
-Schedule of pregnancy check up
The frequency of the check up is once in 4 weeks before 24w of pregnancy and once in 2 weeks after 24w of pregnancy.
Twins consultation is on Tuesday and Friday
The doctor recommended me to have the check up on the same day to see the same doctor and have the advice from a same doctor
I made an appointment of the next check up and NIPT consultation on the same day
9:30pm paid my bill
