双子妊娠中で高齢出産を予定しています。
今日は、私の産院を選ぶときのポイントを簡単に紹介したいと思います。
産院の数は多くてどの病院がいいかとても迷いました。
既に出産を経験した友人にポイントを聞いたりして、自分なりの優先点をまとめて産院探しをしました。
優先点
・分娩予約に空きがある
既に分娩予約が埋まっている産院もあったので、空きがあるかwebで確認しました
・双子出産に対応している
双子出産に対応していない産院もあります
・高齢出産でも安心して産める（NICUとMF-ICUがあり、緊急事態が発生した場合でも同じ病院内で対応してもらえる）
初めての出産なので、いざという時に救急車で搬送されたりたらい回しにあいたくなかったので、同じ病院で最後までみてもらえるところにしました
・帝王切開、無痛分娩等に対応している
出産方法を決めていたなかったので、選択肢が多いところにしました
その他
・出産に関する情報提供がしっかりしている
不妊治療の過程で情報の大切さを実感していたので
・会社と自宅からの通いやすさ
平日・休日ともに通院することがあるので
まだ出産に至っていませんが、今のところ、自分の優先順位をもとに決めた産院に安心して通院しています。

I am expecting twins in a few months now.
I am writing about some points when I looked for a delivering clinic.
There are many delivering clinics in Tokyo and it was hard to choose one.
I asked my friends who have experienced delivery for advice and set some criteria to choose one.
Priority points
-If there is a space for the delivery
Some clinics had already been occupied
-If the clinic can deliver twins
Some clinics cannot deliver twins
-If I feel safe (If they have NICU and MF-ICU. In case of emergency, I can have the necessary treatments in the same hospital.)
As this is my first delivery, I don’t want to be transferred from one another by ambulance
-If the clinic offers variety of delivering methods
As I have not decided my delivering method, I wanted to leave my options
Other points
-If the clinic provides enough information about the pregnancy and the delivery
During my fertility treatments, I learned how important it is to have accurate information
-The location
I need to go to the clinic from home or office. Then the location is important.
Although I haven’t delivered twins, I am satisfied with the clinic I choose.
