今日は、NIPTの結果を聞いてきたときのことを書きたいと思います。
NIPTの検査結果は、通常の健診と同じように、診察室で結果の用紙を渡されました。
そこには、
-検査結果（陽性・陰性・保留）→陰性
-胎児ゲノム率→10%
が載っていました。
双子の場合、胎児ゲノム率の見方には要注意とのこと。
-双子２人のゲノム率が等しく半分ずつではないこと
-もし片方の胎児のゲノム率が高いと、もう片方の胎児のゲノム率が低く検査できていないことになること
正確に知りたい場合は、羊水検査を行う必要があるとのことでしたが、
不妊治療を行なっていた時からの検査ばかり行なっており正直、検査疲れだったため、羊水検査は行わないこととしました。

I received it in a private room like a usual consultation.
On the form I received, the result of th examination and the ratio of DNA of fetuses.
In the case of twins, we need to pay attention to understand the ratio.
-The ratio doesn’t always contain both DNA of fetuses
-When the ratio of one fetus is high, the result doesn’t show both fetuses
If I want to know the exact result, I need to take amniotic fluid test.
I was too exhausted to take another examination for the many tests for fertility treatments. I decided not to take additional test.
