今日は、定期健診とフルスクリーニングの事前説明を受けたときのことを書きたいと思います。
定期検診は、いつも、
尿検査→体重＆血圧測定→エコー→診察
の流れです。
この日のエコーでは、胎児の重さが200g 210gと判明。順調に成長しているとのこと。
診察では、次回のフルスクリーニングについて話がありました。
フルスクリーニングは、いつものエコーと違う点は下記の通りです。
-20Wと30Wに行うとのこと
-全身を頭から足までを外形や内臓を含めて確認
-産まれてすぐに決断する症状の有無を確認するため
-胎児１人につき３０分程度かけて全身を確認するとのこと
-１日にスクリーニングできる人数は限られているので、予約時間には遅刻しないこと

I am writing about the day of regular medical examination with an guidance of full screening examination of the next visit.
The regular medical examination goes like this.
1, Urinalysis
2, Weight measurement
3, Blood pressure measurement
4, Ultrasound examination
5, Consultation
During the examination of Fetus, I found the weight of my twins are 200g and 210g.
During the consultation, I had a guidance of full screening of the next visit.
Full screening has its own meanings which is different from the one of regular screening.
The differences are below.
-Conducted during 20w and 30w
-The target of echo is from head to toe including all viscera
-Checking if there is a serious symptom after the delivery
-It will take 30min. for each screening
-The number of patients who can take the screening is limited; delay is prohibited
