双子妊娠中のAmyです。
今日は、定期健診とフルスクリーニングのことを書きたいと思います。
この日の流れはこんな感じでした。
受付
↓
尿検査・血圧と体重の測定
↓
フルスクリーニング
↓
診察
フルスクリーニングでは、心臓が４室に別れていること、脳の形、胃、膀胱、腎臓、手の指、足の指、顔の形等を順番に見ていきました。
先生がエコー画面を見ながら、説明してくれたので私も理解しながらスクリーニングを進めることができました。
診察では、最近気になっていた２点を教えてもらいました。
１、心臓がばくばくすることがある→腰の右側にある血管を圧迫すると心拍上がるため、身体の左側を下にして寝るといいとのこと
２、胎動を感じない→リラックスしていないのでは？仕事のしすぎは良くないとのこと
フルスクリーニングは、産まれてきたら絶対に見れない内臓等の形や構造を見ることができる興味深い経験でした。
次のフルスクリーニングは、30wで行うとのこと。

I am writing about the regular check of pregnancy and full screening.
What I did on that day is urinalysis, blood and weight measurement, full screaming , and consultation.
During the full screening, I could confirm that there are four rooms in their heart, shape of their brains, stomach, bladder, kidney, shape of hands and legs etc..
A doctor explained each part and I could understand each organ from the screen.
At the consultation, I could understand the following points.
1, Sometimes I have bouncing heart. It happens when the blood pressure on the right hip is pressured. The doctor recommended me to sleep on the left side.
2, I cannot feel the movement of fetus. it is because I am not relaxed. The doctor recommended me not to work hard and get relaxed.
The full screening was very interesting for me knowing the real shape of each organs.
The next full screening will be conducted during 30W of pregnancy.
