今日は定期健診の時に受けてきたグルコーステストについて書きたいと思います。
2pm 病院に到着
尿検査後、３階の産科外来受付へ。
体重・血圧を測定した後、グルコーステストを実施。
グルコーステスト用の飲み物を受付で助産師さんから受け取り、飲みきる。
飲み物は、三ツ矢サイダーの味。
飲み物を飲んで血糖値がいくつまであがるかを確認するためのテスト。
飲み物を飲んだ後は、30分後の採血までは自由時間。
2:40pm採血
時間不明 エコーを実施。
3:30pm 診察
採血の結果は、問題ないとのこと
基準値は140以上だと再テストを行うとのこと
他には、いつまで胎児をお腹に止めるのか知りたく聞いてみました。
34Wまではお腹の中で育てる
34W以降は出産して胎児の延命措置を行う
帝王切開の場合は、37-38Wの間に行う
母子ともに危険な状態になった場合は、原則、母体優先とのこと
次回の健診は２週間後になりました。

I am going to introduce you about the glucose test at the delivering clinic.
2pm Arrived at the reception
Afer the urinalysis, I visited the obstetrics reception.
I had weight and blood pressure measurement and received a bottle of drink for the test.
I drank the drink at the sofa and waited about 30 minutes for the blood test.
The taste of the drink was sweet cider. It was very easy to drink.
This test checks the increase of my blood glucose level after taking some sweets.
2:40pm Blood collection
After the echo, I had a consultation.
3:30pm Consultation
The level of blood glucose level is below the criteria, which is OK.
If the level is over 140, I need to take another examination.
I had some questions about the pregnancy and found the policy of the clinic.
-before 34w; they try to keep the fetus in my uterus.
-after 34w; deliver the babies and have the life extension measures
-when I have caesarean section, it will be conducted between 37-38w
-In case of emergency of both mother and babies, mother will be prioritized
My next visit will be in 2weeks.
