こんにちは。今日はERPeak検査のためにクリニックへ行ったときのことを書きたいと思います。
採卵や移植のときと同じように時間は決められていました。
30分前採血ありの2pmアポ。
採取プロセスはBCE検査と似てるけど、内診台でやるのか手術室でやるのか分からないまま病院へ。
1:15pm チェックイン
受付で同意書を提出し、青いクリアファイルに入ったメニュー表をもらう。
普段は無色透明のクリアファイル。
1:20pm 採血
採血スタッフから、バイアスピリンを服用しているか確認あり。
バイアスピリンを服用していることを伝えたら、肌色の巻くだけで止まるバンドを巻いてくれる。
5-10分程巻いたままにする。
1:55pm 内診
エコーで内膜を測ることもせず、すぐに採取へ。
いつもの内診と同じように内診台に座り先生を待つ。
クスコ消毒→管を通す→採取
全てのプロセスで痛みが発生。
トータル１０分くらいのプロセスでも20分近くかかった印象。
2:05pm 採取終了
3pm 診察
・採取したものは、海外に送られるため、検査結果が出るまで３週間ほどかかる。
・ホルモン補充用の薬は中止。１周間以内に生理がくるとのこと。
・次の生理周期を移植周期にするのが最短移植タイミングとのこと。
・抗生剤２日分を受け取る。
・スポーツは今日から可。

Thank you for reading my blogs. I am going to introduce a whole process of ERPeak examination.
I couldn’t choose evening appointment and my appointment was 2pm.
As I had to take a blood examination 30 minutes before the appointment, I arrived at the clinic before 1:30pm.
A doctor explained to me during my last visit that the process of specimen collection is similar to BCE examination but no details of the location.
1:15pm Checked-in
I submitted two consensus forms and received a blue clear file.
1:20pm blood collection
A medical staff asked me if I am using bye-aspirin and she holds da beige band on my arm.
I kept the band for 5- 10min.
1:55pm inspection
Without measuing the thickness of endometrium, they started the collection.
Sitting on the examination chair as usual, I waited a doctor for a while.
I had a pain for all processes, such as disinfection using cusco, passing through the tube , and collecting the parts of endometrial.
Although it took just 10 minutes for all processes, I felt 20 minutes to complete.
2:05pm completed the collection
3pm counseling
It will take about 3 weeks because the collection is going to be delivered to abroad.
Stop taking medicine to add hormone and my period will come in a week.
Applying the result of examination to the next term is the quickest time to implant frozen embryo.
Received antibiotic medicine for 2 days.
Allowed to take exercise
3:10pm Paid my bill
