今日は、子宮内膜の厚み確認とERPeak検査日決定のためにクリニックに行ってきたときのことを書きたいと思います。
今日も30分前採血があったので、6pmアポで予約。
仕事を５時過ぎに切り上げて、クリニックへ。
5:30pm チェックイン
待合室はほぼ満席。
5:40pm 採血
バイアスピリンを服用しているため、今日は採血箇所にベージュの包帯を巻かれる。この包帯は重ねて巻くだけで止まる。
6:05pm 内診
内膜の厚みを確認。9.4mm、普段より薄い。。
6:45pm 診察
内膜の厚みがクリニックの基準を満たしたとのことで、ERPeakの採取日を決めることに。
・採取日時：D17 2pm採取（30分前採血あり）
・2pm採取は、クリニック固定とのこと。夕刻はバツ。
・今晩9pmから黄体ホルモン補充開始（座薬と飲み薬）
時間厳守。
・D15は注射。
・同意書を２部受け取る。（クリニックの同意書とERPeak提供会社CooperGenomicsの同意書）
7:20pm 処置室
処置室で看護師さんから薬と注射を受け取る。
婦人科検診を受けてもいいか聞いたところ、看護師さんが医師に確認してくれ、「婦人科検診は子宮底を触らなければOK」とのこと。
7:40pm 会計
9pmの薬服用に向にあうよう、ダッシュで帰宅。
膣座薬は外で入れたくないので。。

Fixed a date of ERPeak examination!
Today, I want to introduce a process when ERPeak examination is fixed.
As I had to take blood examination, I made an appointment at 6pm.
Finishing my work around 5pm and went to the clinic.
5:30pm Checked-in
Seats at waiting room were almost occupied.
5:40pm blood examination
As I was taking bay aspirin, a nurse hold a band on my arm.
Just holding the band, it was fixed.
6:15pm Inspection
A doctor checked the thickness of my endometrial, which turned out to be 9.4mm.
It was thinner than that of last time implantation.
6:45pm Consultation
As the thickness was over the criteria of the clinic, we decided to set the date of ERPeak examination.
-Date: D17 2pm (blood examination is required 30min. Before the appointment)
-2pm is the fixed time. We cannot take it except 2pm.
-Star taking progesteron from 9pm tonight. 9pm should be strictly protected.
-I have to take the injection on D15.
-Received 2 consensus forms. One for the clinic, the other is for the entities to conduct ERPeak examination.
7:20pm Received some medicine and injection at a treatment room
I received some medicine and injection from a nurse
When I asked her if I can take gynecology examination, she confirmed the doctor and told me it’s OK if uterine bottom is not be controlled.
7:40pm Paid my bill at the reception
In order to arrive my home before 9pm, I pushed to my home.
