前回クリニックに行った時には、まだ内膜が剥がれていなくて検査周期に入れませんでした。
今回は再度、検査周期に入れるか確認するためにクリニックに行ってきました。
生理の出血量は相変わらず少ない状態です。。
6pmアポ
今日も30分前採血がなかったので、仕事が終わってからのんびり病院に向かいました。
5:30pm チェックイン
今日は30%位の混み具合。
3月末だからか？こんなに空いているのは久しぶり。
5:40pm 内診
前回と同様、出血しているものの通常と同じように内診台に座る。
（更衣室で内診の準備をする時に、ナプキンを下着につけて準備しておくと
戻ってきた時に慌てなくて済むのでオススメです）
内診結果は、内膜8mm＆卵巣腫れなし。
前回よりは内膜薄くなっているけれども、しっかり内膜がついていることがエコー画像から確認できる。
前回の移植周期で、5mm以下なら移植周期に入れると聞いていたので
基準超えていないことを確認。
6:45pm 診察
今日は混んでいないのに、しっかり１時間近く待つ。
主に下記のことを話しました。
-まだ内膜が剥がれていないので、薬を内服して生理を起こすことにする
-薬セットを受け取る
（プレマリン・ノアルテン 朝・夕食後１週間分）
-D10で生理がおそらく終わるので、その日から服用。
-薬のみ終えて数日後に再び生理がきたら、D2-4でまた通院して欲しい
-慌ててD2に来るより、内膜が剥がれたD４の方がいい
-前回移植時の残りの薬は、移植時に使うことに
（今日の薬セットは、内膜剥がすように１パックになっているので）
＜薬で内膜を綺麗に剥がす仕組み＞
-薬を内服することで、卵巣から子宮内膜にE2/P4の刺激が届き、内膜を蘇生
-そこで薬を止めると、内膜が綺麗に剥がれる
＜子宮内膜がなかなか剥がれない原因＞
-原因は不明
-毎週期なかなか剥がれない人もいるし、たまに剥がれない人もいる
最後に、一番気になっていた点を聞いてみました。
私「WOIが後ろにずれているという結果を想定しているが、
もしずれていないという結果になったら、今後の移植対策は何かすることができるのか。」（その他の検査は全てクリア済み）
医師「。。。 んー。もごもご。」
私「その時にまた考えるということでしょうか」
医師「そうですねぇ。」
いつも明快な回答をいただける先生でも、もごもごされ
検査結果次第では、闇に突入という恐ろしいことになるのだと
感じた診察でした。。

Last time I went the clinic, my endometrial was not peeled off and I couldn’t start WOI examination period.
Today is my second visit to start the period.
I was feeling my bleeding is not enough to start it.
6pm appointment.
As I didn’t have to take blood examination, I went to the clinic after work.
5:30pm Checked-in
It was not crowded. (About 30% of waiting room was occupied)
I haven’t seen this empty occupation for a long time.
5:40pm Internal Examination
Although I was bleeding, I sat on the inspection seat as usual.
I recommend everyone to set a napkin on your shorts before the inspection so that you don’t have to rush when you come back to a changing room.
My endometrial was 8mm and no selling of the ovary.
The endometrial was lower than that of my last visit.
I could confirm that I still have thick one from the echo picture.
-I reminded that the criteria to start the implantation was below 5mm and found I cannot start it today.
6:45pm
The doctor told me the following points.
-As my endometrial is thick, I will take some medicine to peel them off completely.
-I received a package of medicine
(Premarin and Noriuten after breakfast&dinner for 1week)
-Current period will have finished on D10
-I should start taking the medicine from D10 morning
-My next period will start a few days later when I finished taking those medicine
-I should come the clinic between D2 and D4 during the next period
-The doctor recommended me D4 not D2, which make it sure that the endometrial has completely peeled off.
<Structure of peeling off the endometrial>
-Taking the medicine, E2/P4 stimulation will occur from the ovary to the endometrial
-When the stimulation has stopped, the endometrial will be peeled off

-The background is not clarified
-Some people have the same problem for every period.
-Some people sometimes have the same problem.
I asked one question which I concerned recently.
Me “What kind of strategy do you have if ERPeak examination result is “Normal” although we expect that my WOI is “post-receptive” ?”
Doctor “… well…”
Me “We should think of it when the result come out?”
Doctor “yeah”
The doctor always give me a very clear explanation to me.
However, today’s answer was not, which made me scared..
