今日は、凍結胚移植周期のseet移植行った時のことを書きたいと思います。
seet移植は夜の時間でも可能とのことで、仕事を定時に終えてクリニックへ直行。
6pmのアポだけれども、30分前採血があるので、5:30到着。
5:30pm チェックイン
5:40pm 採血
ホルモン値検査のために１本採血。
スタッフに止血バンドを忘れたことを伝えたら、新しいバンドを巻いてくれました。
5:55pm 内診とseet移植
内診室に呼ばれ、支度をしてから内診台に移動。
小さいケースに入った薄ピンク色のseet液を確認。
医師が来て、内膜の厚さ確認→11.8mm
その後、seet移植へ。
クスコ入れるときに圧迫感を感じたくらいで、管を入れるときの痛みはなし。本当に入ったのか不安になるくらい何も感じ図に終了。
内診とseet移植合わせて10分くらいで終了。
6:35pm 診察
血液検査結果、内診結果とseet移植結果を確認。
内膜は問題ないとのこと。
seetの移植箇所については、「これですかねぇ」とエコー写真を使って教えてくれる。
その他には、下記のことを教えていただきました。
Q、子宮内膜が厚くならないのはなぜ？
黄体ホルモン補充を始めると、子宮内膜は厚くならない。
黄体ホルモン補充によって子宮内膜の質が変わるとのこと。
画像を見ながら説明してくれました。
黄体ホルモン補充前は、内膜に水が固まっていたのが、補充後はまばらになった来ているとのこと。
人によっては、薄くなることもあると。
Q、おりものが増えないけれど大丈夫か？
E2が高くなるとおりものは増えるけれども、同時にP4が増えるとおりものは増えるとのこと。
7:15pm 筋肉注射の指導＠処置室
前回の通院時にもらった注射セットを持参。
今回使う分だけを取り出し、プレートの上にセット。
看護師さんが丁寧に指導してくれる。
（注射針を刺す箇所）
腰骨に親指をあて、残り４本の指をお尻に当てる。
手の平よりも下のお尻部分だったらどこでもいいとのこと。
（注射を刺すまでの手順）
まずは針を刺す箇所をできるだけ強くつまむ。
強くつまんで痛い方が針を刺した時の痛みが少ないとのこと。皮膚に対して９０度に針を刺す。
針全てが中に入るまで差し込み、注射液を押し込む。
油なので押しにくいけれども、押し始めるとすっと入るとのこと。
7:30pm お会計
初めてのseet移植、想定以上にあっさり終わって安心しました。

I am writing about the day I had seet fluid implantation.
Seet fluid implantation doesn’t require surgery instruments and could be done during evening time.
My appointment was 6pm and I arrived at the clinic for blood collection 30min before the appointment.
5:30pm Checked-in
5:40pm Blood collection
I had my blood collected for one bottle to check the level of hormone.
A staff gave me a new attraction band because I forgot to bring one.
5:55pm Endometrium check and seet fluid implantation
I have checked the pink liquid in a small plastic bottle with a staff.
A doctor checked the thickness of endometrium, which turned out to be 11.8mm.
Soon after that, he started implanting sheet fluid.
I felt a little pressure when he use cusco speculum but no pain for other procedures at all.
The total time was about 10min.
6:35pm Counseling
We have looked through the blood examination, endometrium checkup, and seet fluid implantation result.
The doctor told me that endometrium is OK.
As for seet fluid implantation, he pointed out the location of that inside uterus.
Also he answered to my questions.
Q, Why the thickness of endometrium is not getting thicker?
A. When luteinizing hormone increases, it stops getting thicker and the quality of it changes. Some patients get thinner.
Q. Is it Ok if my vaginal discharge is not increasing?
A. When E2 is high, the amount of discharge increase. However, if P4 is higher at the same time, the discharge decreases.
7:15pm Instruction of intramuscular injection
I brought a set of injections today and put one set on the plate with a nurse.
She advised me how to inject it.

-Put my thumb on the hip bone and four fingers are on the hip.
-The area to be injected is below my palm.
(the process of injection)
-Pinch the area strongly to be injected
-Insert the injection needle into the skin vertically.
-Insert all needle into my hip and push the cylinder.
-It’s hard to push because the liquid is oil.
7:30pm Paid my bill
I was super relived today’s process was very smooth and felt almost no pain!
