今日は、D4から開始したホルモン補充移植周期の２回目通院でした。
18:00 アポで30分前採血があったので、仕事を定時に切り上げダッシュ通院。
17:25 チェックイン
平日でも90%くらい待合室が埋まってる。。
今日の先生は２人。
17:30 採血
ホルモン値確認のために１本採血。
採血台の横に、バイアスピリン飲んでいたら血が止まりにくいという紙を見つけ
看護師さん飲んでいること伝えたら、青い止血バンドを巻いてくれる。
青いバンドは5-10分間付けっ放し。
次回も持ってこればまた使えるとのこと。（無料でした）
18:00 内診
診察台に座って待てど、なかなか先生が来ない。
ようやく先生到着。
内膜の厚さ、卵巣を確認。
→内膜11.7mm 前回の移植より薄い。。
内診後に子宮鏡検査があるとのこと。
スタッフが待合室まで直接呼びにきてくれるとのことで待合室へ移動。
18:15 子宮鏡検査
カゴをもったスタッフに呼ばれ、メンズルーム隣の検査室へ。
カーテンで仕切られた１畳くらいのスペースで、内診と同じ格好になる。
（スカートは履いたままでOK）
診察台の上に平らな給水パットが置いてあり、そこに直接お尻が載る形で寝転がって先生が来るのを待つ。
診察台は、硬い台で冷たいので、せめて上半身だけでも暖かい格好をしておくのがお勧め。
先生がきて
「少し痛いですけどすぐに終わります」
と言われる。
クスコで消毒する時、水を子宮に入れる時が痛い。
体感５分くらいで終了。
以前通っていた病院で２回行なった子宮鏡検査では痛すぎて２回ともほぼ失神。
今回は、短時間かつ痛みも少なくて安心。
19:00 診察
採血結果でホルモン値（卵胞ホルモン、黄体ホルモン値）に問題ないことを確認し、
移植実施を決定。
seet移植、胚盤胞移植の日時を決める。
事前に渡されたスケジュールよりも、自分のスケジュールに合わせて調整してくれるとのこと。
薬・筋肉注射の予定の説明があり、詳細はあとで看護師から説明があるとのこと。
その他には下記のことを聞きました。
-花粉症の薬は判定日までOK
-薬を間違えないようにすること以外は、生活は通常通りでいいとのこと。
-いま、おりものが増えているのは、卵胞ホルモンが増えているからで特段問題ない。
19:30 薬を受け取る
看護師さんと薬のスケジュールを一つ一つ確認。
看護師さんが教えてくれる薬の使い方やタイミングのメモをとる。（仕事みたい。。）
渡された薬
-プレマリン（子宮内膜を厚くする）
-バイアスピリン（子宮への血流を助ける）
-ユベラ（子宮への血流を助ける）
-プレドニン（着床を助ける）
-ルトラール（黄体ホルモン）
-ウトロゲスタン膣座薬（黄体ホルモン）
19:55 お会計
薬の種類や飲むパターンの多さに圧倒されつつも、移植が決まったこと、子宮鏡検査で失神しなかったことが何よりでした。

Today, I went to the clinic to check the thickness of endometrium and take the hysteroscopy before blastocyst implantation.
My appointment was 6pm and I had to have my blood collected 30min before the appointment.
I rushed to the clinic after work.
5:25pm Checked-in
90% of seats were occupied.
There were only 2 doctors..
5:30pm Blood collection
I had my blood collected for one bottle to check the level of hormone.
I found a note on the left side of the table explaining that it is harder to stop bleeding taking bay aspirin.
I told the nurse who took my blood and she gave a blue colored tourniquet.
The tourniquet should be on my hand for 5-10min and can be used again.
6:00pm Checked the thickness of endometrium
I waited a doctor for a while and finally he came.
He found the thickness is 11.7mm, which is thinner than that of he previous implantation.
A staff told me I have the hysteroscopy from now and to wait at the waiting room till another staff take you to another room.
6:15pm Had hysteroscopy
A staff with a basket took me to an examination room next to men’s room.
I had set my clothing inside the small space.( I was allowed to wear skirts)
I put myself on the examination table and waited a doctor again.
I strongly recommend to wear warn clothing because the table was cold.
A doctor came into the room and told me “it will hurt a little but finish soon”.
I felt a sharp pain when he use cusco speculum and put some water into my uterus and finished in a few minutes.
When I had same examination at previous clinic, the pain was really hard and I had faint twice.
It was very quick examination, which relieved me a lot.
7:00pm Counseling with a doctor
A doctor checked my hormone level from blood examination test and said it’s enough.
We discussed about the date and time of sheet implantation and blastocyst implantation.
He also told me there is a guidance about medicine and how to take intramuscular injection from a nurse.
I asked several questions and he gave me answers.
-I can take any medicine for hay fever before pregnancy test.
-I can spend my days as usual. What I have to care is taking medicine as scheduled.
-The amount of varginial discharge is increasing as the level of follicle hormone increases.
7:30pm Receive medicine
Checked all medicine and schedule with a nurse.
I took a note what she said about the way how to take medicine, which made me feel I am in the office.

-Juvela(Increase the blood flow to uterus)
-Predonine(Help implantation)
-Lutoral(Increase the level of progesterone)
-Utorogesutan vaginal suppository (Increase the level of progesterone)
7:55pm Paid my bill
I was overwhelmed by the number of medicine. However, I was happy I can transplant my egg as scheduled.
