今日はリプロ東京での慢性子宮内膜炎検査について共有したいと思います。
慢性子宮内膜炎検査とは、「少量の子宮内膜を専用器具で採取し、通常見られない炎症細胞・形質細胞のの有無を同定する検査です」とのこと。（リプロ資料）
原則、月経終了日から月経開始１０日目までに検査を行うもの。
前の病院で陽性判定を受け、ビブラマイシン100mgという抗生剤を14日間服用。9割の人はこの服用で治るとのこと。陰性になったかの確認は行わず。
リプロ東京では、そもそも陽性だと着床しないから、陰性になったか確認したいとのこと。気になっていたことではあるので、検査を受けることに。生理10日目で検査を予約。出血や発熱があると検査不可。
事前処置があるから、予約時間の30分前に来て欲しいとのこと。
30分前に到着して、診察室に呼ばれる。
看護師さんから、トイレで入れてくるよう座薬アデフロニックズポ25mgを渡される。
病院専用のトイレはないので、一旦病院を出てビルのトイレに移動。トイレのスペースが広い部屋を確保。
いざ、薬を取り出すと若干ぬるぬるしている。
座薬を押し込むも、手を離すと出て来そうになるので、しばらく押したままキープ。そのまま、溶けるのを待つ。。
手袋欲しかった。。
待合室に戻り３０分くら待ったところで、内診室に呼ばれる。人によっては拡張剤を入れるとのこと。
エコーを撮ったのと同じ明るい内診室。
先生がやって来て「痛いですががんばってくださいね」と。。
台が上がり、まずは子宮の形を確認。
前の病院では、後屈気味と言われていたので、自分の目でも確認したく、台のすぐ横に置いてあるスクリーンを凝視。見方がわからず、聞いたら、右側がお尻側とのこと。くの字にはっきりまがっている。。管をクッと曲げることになるから痛くなるとのこと。。
機器をまずズンと入れられ、抜かれ、その後管を入れられてる間に２回くらい採卵の時の痛みが。今からとりますという声とともに激痛。。
毎回痛い。。失神はしなかったからいいとするべきか。
台を降りて、自分が座っていたところを確認したら、血の塊が。。
採卵の後の痛みと同じく、腰の奥にズーンと痛みが走る。ヨタヨタと歩き待合室に移動。
再び、診察室に呼ばれ先生と面談。
抗生物質を４錠もらう。
先日の血液検査の説明を受けつつ、次回採卵周期の開始日を相談。
困った質問
・次回の排卵いつですか？
・ランダム法と薬で生理を無理やり起こしてリセットする方法どちらがいい？
今日の先生は淡々としているし、説明も少なめなのでちょっと冷たいと思いつつも、分からないことは分からないと返しつつ、
次回排卵の自己予想日と、初診の時の先生がランダム法にしましょうといっていた言葉を思い出しつつ回答。
冷たい態度に冷静に対応する方法、仕事で慣れてきてよかった。
他のブロガーさんを確認したら冷たいで有名な先生ということがわかった。。できれば事前に知りたい。
受付で、お会計と次回の採卵周期開始の予約をして帰宅。
今日はシャワーのみで安静にとのこと。

先生が冷たくて聞きにくくても、冷静に分からないことはどんどん聞くべし

In this blog, let me share my experiences of Chronic Endometritis Examination(BCE) at Reproduction Tokyo.
Do you know what is BCE?
BCE is an examination of existence of inflammatory cell from endometrium. Usually, patients make an appointment on 7-10 the days after the day the period start. If it is still blooding, we cannot take that examination.
Got positive judgement from previous clinic and took medicine for a week. Unfortunately, 10% of positive patients stay positive.
At this clinic, if it is still being positive, the symptoms prevent inplantaion of eggs. As I was not sure if I have negative or not, I decided to take this examination.
I arrived at the clinic 30min. before the appointment, which the clinic required me to arrive for the pre-examination.
After the check-in, i was called into a room and received a suppository from a nurse.
Moved to a toilet room in the building not the clinic and put the medicine into that place without a globe.
After that, I was invited to an examination room.
A doctor came and told me "It will be painful but no worry", which turned out it was really a painful one.
He checked the shape of my uterus using ultrasound.
Then a tube came into my uterus and took my cell from internal uterus, which caused a big pain to me.
When I checked the chair I sat, there was some blood:(
After the examination, I was invited to a consulting room and received antibiotic medicine for 2days and discussed about next egg collection term.
I decided to take random start method, which I can start it anytime I want to.
The doctor was a little bit indifferent and scared. But I was ok talking with him because I am well trained how to controll my mind;)
Then I paid my bill and made next appointment.
Taking a bath on that day was not recommended.
Long and painful day..
