結構前の動画だけど、いまだにこの動画が好きでね(笑)。
で、曲は知る人ぞ知るアメリカの学生銃乱射を題材にしてる曲。この作者のフォスターは自分のいじめられた経験から作ったと言っている。が、銃による集団殺害は実際にはいじめに対する復讐というより、兵器マニアやチョウビニスト(差別主義者）によるものが過去の例からして多いと思う。日本でも相模原障害者施設の殺人犯が安倍崇拝者だったのは知られているところ（でも最近この事実は全然表に出てこないね）。ユダヤ人の虐殺しかり、日本人の中国人への虐殺然り、保守主義者の暴力に対する信仰（あるいは依存）は何か共通の源がある。実際彼らの多くは肉体に依存してるでしょ。いつも物質優位、金、肉体、権威への信仰を持っている。
追記：
トロがさ、なんか鼻でつついているのよ。よく見たらナメクジ。でその周りに更に二匹もいた。もうちょっと立ち直れないかも。家の中だよ。英文法書こうとしたけど、そんな気分でなくなった。嫌な季節になっちゃったよ。一日中体がベタベタだったし。

あのさ、曲の中で
"You better run”って言ってるでしょ。でもこれは多分実際は"had better"なんだよね。で、この"had better”だけど日本語では「～した方が良い」と訳す。これは当たり前すぎて何も感じないかもしれないけど、よーく見て！

過去でもないのに過去でしょ。プラス日本語も英語もその後に比較級使ってる。あまりに似通ってない？あのねこれは私の前からの主張なんだけど日本語はもはやクレオール言語（植民地で支配国の言語に大きく影響されてできた言語）なんだよ。偶然似たのではなく、日本語が英語の真似をしただけだと思う、はい。私の主張を馬鹿にする方、だったら江戸時代に日本人はもう「～した方がいいよ」って使ってったと思う？多分「～すべし」でない？日本語の英語化って単にカタカナを使うだけではないからね。他にも実は山のようにある。
それからこんなこと、どこの日本語学者も言ってないよ。何故なら彼らは英語あまり勉強していないから。当然日本語のクレオール化なんて認めたくないだろうけど、日本のガラパゴス学者やばくない？
