even though it's prolly one of the most overly serious, time consuming, demanding and least appealing cca, ONLY PEOPLE IN THE MAIN COMM HAVE THE RIGHT TO FROWN/WHINE/INSULT/COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CCA!
