自分の場を整える
自分を整える、、、
でも出来ない、出来ないのが当たり前、、
そんな時に 人にケアしてみる 人も周りも整えてみる
自分にできない時は 人にしてみるのも 自分を整える一つ
周りと 自分は繋がっている
人にケアすることを 仕事にしてみるのも一つの方法
自分が自分のケアするため、人に伝えていく
ただ足指をぐるぐる 解放の方向に回すだけで良いんだよ！
筋肉が拡張する方向に回すだけ、、、
自分がやっていなくても 人に伝えることで 自分もやるようになる、、、
教えるために やる 教えるために 学ぶ
理屈を学んでも良いし 理屈はなくても良い、、ただただするだけで良い
理論は後からでも良いかな？ 実践→技術→理論なんだよね、、、、
実践で必要なことは 変化を感じること、、、、
良い方向に変化していくのか？
悪い方向に変化していくのか？
のどちらかしかない、、、、大切なのは何を望むのか？
いくら技術を高めても いくら理論を深めても 実践していなければ
何の意味もないのです。 実践しながら 技術を高め 理論を深める
実践しながら 技術を伝え 理論を伝えていく
