屈筋理論では
屈筋が拡張時に 関節を押し広げる
そして屈筋ではなく 重力によって収縮する
歩く時に屈筋が収縮する必要がない
ところが なぜ足の筋肉は屈筋がこれほどまでに多いのか？
それは 筋肉が 構造体であり 屈筋が動力であるから、、、、
関節を 押し広げる力のほうが 伸筋で引っ張る力よりはるかに弱い力で良いし
筋肉は 内圧を自由に調整できる
伸筋の収縮では 関節の縦方向に力は加わらない。
関節を押し広げるしか、縦方向には力は出せない、、、
これが屈筋理論である。
