太ももの前側 外側が発達しているのが 悪いスタイルであり
屈筋が拡張したのが 良い姿勢である
屈筋が 拡張ると 体がまっすぐになる
伸筋が収縮すると 体がねじれる
屈筋を連動させていけば 身体は 動き始める
左右の動きの刺激によってセロトニン活性が高くなります。
ドーパミンの幸せは 快楽の幸せ ヒートアップの幸せ 興奮の幸せ 勝ち負けの幸せ
セロトニンの幸せは クールダウンの幸せ 静寂な幸せ 集中力の幸せ 自己成長の幸せである
基本的な歩くという 動作が 人を幸せにする。
ドーパミンもセロトニンも 幸せホルモンであるが
ドーパミン≦セロトニンだと 心が穏やかになる、、、、
