今インストラクター受講中の 歯科衛生士の ますいさんが摂食嚥下リハビリの指導をしていて
圧倒的に耳紐のケアがとても良いということを 言っていた。
当然足指ワイワイとか アニヨベ体操とか テーピング 靴下が 良いわけであるが
もっとも手軽で簡単なのが 耳紐ケアだ！
当然のごとく 今開発中の新しいグッズも加わる
口腔機能を低くするのが 筋緊張であり 物理的に口腔を狭くする
筋緊張によって骨格ごと潰れるし 口腔内が陰圧になり 腔はさらに狭くなる
口腔だけでなく 胸郭が前後に 潰れてしまい心肺が 動きにくくなる
胸郭の前後的な圧迫により 腹腔も圧迫を受け 腹腔内の臓器も動きにくくなる
下痢便秘だけでなく 膵臓 肝臓 腎臓 子宮などが圧迫を受ける
口腔ケアは 清掃だけではなく あいうべ あによべ などの 機能訓練だけでもない
訓練には限界があるのだ
筋肉をゆるめ 口腔を広げるという もっとも大切な部分が欠落している
摂食嚥下は 稽古であり 訓練ではない
訓練と稽古の違いは 訓練が 何か現在ではなく未来のためにあり
稽古は 今を良くしていくことである。
さとう式は 未来のためでもあるが 大切なのは 口腔を広げる 今の腔を広げる術（すべ）を
知る事だ 大切なのは筋力ではなく 技術である

これを 間の術（マノスベ）という
摂食や嚥下のリハビリテーション リハビリとは re(ふたたび） habit( 習慣） とすること
習慣を取り戻すということであり
習慣は自分の良い時の習慣だけではなく 古人（いにしえのひと）の 習慣を取り戻すということでもある
古（いにしえ）を稽（かんが）え 今に 照らす
稽古照今（けいこしょうこん）
訓練や清掃だけではだめなのです。 清掃はとても大切 筋機能訓練もとても大切
ところが 口腔ケアでもっとも大切なのは 機能を上げる環境を整えていくこと
舌位を挙げて 口腔を広くしていくこと 口腔機能を高めていくこと
