茶道の訳語として用いられているのは「Tea Ceremony」と「the Way of the Tea」ですが、私はここに「the principle of the Matcha」を乱入させたいと思っています。

ということで、非常に「道」という言葉に相応しい気がするのです。
特に、道徳的な道理や道義、行動の原則や指針という意味があり、根源ともいうべき規則や規範というものを含む言葉だからです。
