そして１月２３日、遂に念願の封書がUSCISから届いたのかしら？、あら？、USCISオフィスがいきなりNational Benefits CenterからOH州Columbus Officeに移管されてる？？、ドキドキワクワクしながら開封しましたが、開けてビックリ。。。いや、あり得ないから～～と独り言連発してました。。。

□ Birth certificate for , in the original language along with a certified English translation. If the birth certificate is unavailable, you must submit a letter from the appropriate registrar stating that the document is not available, along with secondary evidence.
□ Certificate of marriage issued by civil authorities for the marriage between

□ Proof of the legal termination for the marriage of and .
□ Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, completed by and with an original signature from the petitioner: Rickey Wallace
□ If the petitioner does not meet the 2013 Poverty Guidelines for his/her respective household size, submit Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, Completed with an original signature from a joint sponsor who meets the current poverty guidelines for his/her respective household size. See Form I-864 instructions for guidance.
□ Original certified police report and certified final court disposition (to include, when applicable: the charging document (i.e. complaint or information), plea agreement, transcript of plea proceedings, and the document memorializing the conviction and sentence)for the below arrests. Please note, certified copies have the issuing agency's official stamp/seal on them. Photocopies are unacceptable. If the issuing agency has no record relating to the incident, they should issue a certified letter stating so.
■ Original letters of police clearance from all jurisdictions of residences which you resided in for more than six month.
■ Please complete and sign the enclosed sworn statement before a Notary Public.

私への書類リクエストは青い文字のところで、２種類新たに用意しなきゃいけません。だけど、１回目の指紋採取が２０１４年４月２２日、再度摂り直ししたのが５月２０日なのに、年明けた８か月後に指紋認識できないと連絡くるかな～？？結果警察に出向いて（恐らくアメリカでの犯罪歴等有無）書類作成依頼をしなきゃいけなくなりました。 you did not submit your police clearance という表現にもカチンとしちゃって…、だって本来指紋採取に問題なければ必要なかった追加書類だし…。
もう一つ準備する書類は同封されててQ&A形式になってるんだけど、Notary Public（公証人の方）にサインしてもらわないといけないみたいです。
この２種類の書類ができ次第REQUEST FOR EVIDENCEで長々書かれた原紙と一緒に２月２３日までに送りなさいとのことです。
