喪中のお知らせ

私事で恐縮ですが、パートナーの画家でるもなかの母が永眠いたしました。つきましては、新年のご挨拶をご遠慮させていただきます。

昨年秋、義母は東京・国立での画家でるもなか個展直前に倒れ、私たちは介護と仕事、アート制作を両立していました。

義母はたくさんの方々に支えていただきながら、最期は長年暮らした自宅で旅立ちました。

いまは愛と感謝の想いでいっぱいです。

投稿はとても少なかった今年でしたが、大変お世話になりました。来年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Notice of Mourning

We regret to inform you that the mother of Painter delMonaca has passed away. Accordingly, we will refrain from sending New Year’s greetings.

Last autumn, just before Painter delMonaca’s solo exhibition in Kunitachi, Tokyo, our mother collapsed. Since then, we have been balancing caregiving, work, and our artistic practice.

With the support of many kind people, she spent her final days at the home where she had lived for many years, and passed away peacefully.

Our hearts are now filled with love and gratitude.

Although our posts were very few this year, we sincerely thank you for your continued support. We look forward to your kind consideration again in the coming year.
