フレンドシップパーティー2019

7月7日日曜日に土浦市三中地区公民館にて毎年恒例のﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞｼｯﾌﾟﾊﾟｰﾃｨｰを開催しました。

外国人ゲストはインド、ミャンマー、フランス、イラク、ネパール、エジプト、パキスタン、ケニヤ、リベリアなどから13名の参加になりました。

ちょうど七夕だったのでゲストに七夕飾りの飾りつけをおねがいし、また短冊に願い事を書いて飾っていただきました。

浴衣のレンタルを提供していたので7名のゲストが浴衣を着用しパーティーに参加したので華やかさが加わり雰囲気を盛り上げてくれました。

パーティーはまず尺八、三味線、日本舞踊の鑑賞から始まり、ティータイムではお菓子とお茶を頂きながらおしゃべりに花が咲き、そのあと参加ゲスト一人一人から祖国の紹介と日本に来てからの暮らしぶりなどのお話を聞きました。

最後にみんなで盆踊りを踊りました。

On Sunday, July 7th, we the members of Cosmoeco group had arranged an annual friendship party at Tsuchiura City Sanchu-chiku community center. 　13 foreign guests from different parts of the world such as India, Myanmar, France, Iraq, Nepal, Egypt, Pakistan, Kenya and Liberia had joined the party. 　　Since it was the star festival day, we asked the guests to decorate bamboo with a lot of paper ornaments and hang small pieces of paper with their handwritten wishes.　We also provided rental yukata and seven female guests joined the party wearing yukata. The colorful yukata made the environment more energetic and lovely. 

　Everyone enjoyed traditional Japanese musical instruments Shakuhachi, Shamisen and traditional Japanese dance performance. We had a lot of chitchats at teatime with sweets and drinks. After teatime, all the guests introduced their country and experience about staying in japan to us. We all enjoyed listening to their stories. At the end all of us did traditional Japanese dance called Bon-dance together.

JICA 筑波にて 茶道と 華道の体験会

5月18日土曜日、JICA筑波にて茶道と華道の体験会を行いました。

参加者はスリランカ、ルワンダ、アフガニスタン、ミャンマー、フィリピンなどの出身の研修生です。

例年通り参加者を二つのグループに分けて茶道と華道を交互に体験していただきました。

お茶のグループでは正座に苦労している参加者もいましたが季節を彩る甘いお菓子とちょっぴり苦いお茶のコンビネーションを楽しんでいただくことができました。

お茶を自分で点てる経験はとても貴重な体験になったと思います。

華道のグループはお花を生ける日本独特のルールと先生が生けるお手本を見た後にいよいよ自分が生ける番になると皆楽しそうに剣山にお花を挿していました。

本来お花の色は一色に統一して生けるものですが参加者同士がお花を交換し合いカラフルな仕上がりになってしまい先生がちょっと戸惑う場面もありました。

彼女は楽しく生けることが一番大切と笑っていました。

On Saturday, May 18, we provided an event of the tea ceremony and flower arrangement experiences.
There were some participants who had a hard time with sitting on the floor in the Japanese way, but they seemed to enjoy the combination of seasonally designed sweets and slightly bitter tea.
I think the experience of making tea by themselves was a very valuable experience.
After watching the demonstration of how to fix flowers in a vase with an important explanation of the rules of Japanese Ikebana, the participants started to arrange the flowers in the spiky base called “Kenzan”.
Originally the color of the flower must be unified, but there were participants who wanted a colorful arrangement.  They started to exchange flowers with the other participants.
The teacher was a little confused and laughed and said “Having fun is the most important for an event like today.”

二の宮ハウスにて日本文化フェアー（Japanese cultural fair)

3月6日水曜日の夜、二の宮ハウスと竹園ハウスの居住者を対象とした日本文化を体験できる懇親会が行われました。

私たちコスモエコーのメンバーは　茶道コーナー、浴衣の着付けコーナー、日本料理コーナー、折紙コーナーに分かれてゲストに日本文化を紹介しました。

集まったゲストは40名を超え短い時間でしたがとても楽しんでいただけたようです

On  March 6, a social gathering was held for residents of Ninomiya-House and Takezono-House to experience Japanese culture.

The members of Cosmo Echo introduced Japanese culture to the guests in the tea-ceremony service section, yukata-dressing service section, Japanese-food-cooking demonstration section, and origami section.

More than 40 guests gathered to experience Japan culture in each section.

JICA 筑波にて着物体験

2月２３日土曜日にJICA筑波にて着物の体験会を行いました。

参加者は皆JICAの研修員です。参加者15名（男性９名、女性６名）の出身国はミャンマー、チュニジア、イラン、エジプト、インド、パキスタン、スリランカ、東チモール、ソロモン諸島、リベリア、ツバルです。

女性用の着物の数は十分でしたが男性用の着物が３着しかなかったので、男性参加者には順番に来ていただきました。ですがひとたび着物を着るとなかなか脱いでくれません。

皆さん着物姿の女性全員と写真を撮るものですから次の方のために着物を脱いでいただくのは大変でした。それでも待っている参加者はとても辛抱強く笑顔で状況を受け入れてくれてありがたかったです。

とにかく楽しいにぎやかなひと時を過ごせてとても幸せな気分になりました。

On Saturday, February 23, we had a kimono experience workshop at JICA Tsukuba.

All the participants are JICA trainees. We had 15 participants （9 ｍales, 6 females）from Myanmar, Tunisia, Iran, Egypt, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Timor-Leste, Solomon Islands, Liberia and Tuvalu.

There were enough kimonos for ladies, but we had only three kimonos for men, so the male participants had to take turns.

But once they put on a kimono, it was hard to ask them to take off the kimono for the next person because they wanted to have their picture taken with all the ladies in kimono one after another.  Even under this chaotic circumstance, the participants were patiently waiting for their turns to come.

Anyway, we were very happy to spend a fun time together.

ベトナム人技能実習生の交流会

２月１３日水曜日の午後、つくば中小企業情報交流協同組合さんからの依頼を受けてベトナム人技能実習生のための着付けと茶道の体験をしていただく交流会を行いました。

実習生は全部で６名、女性４名と男性２名で１月に来日したばかり。１か月間にわたり日本語と日本の生活のマナーやルールなどを勉強中してその後３年間工場で働くそうです。

６人とも日本語の上達が速く一人一人の自己紹介もとても上手でした。また、マナーや礼儀の大切さをきちんとわきまえ、先生方の所作をまねして着物姿での上品な立ち居振舞いもできていて感心しました。

今回は６名と人数が少なかったので特別に着物を着たままで茶道をしていただきました。既婚者の方もいたのですが皆さん若いので女性には振袖を着ていただき男性には紋付羽織袴の正装を着ていただいたのでより雰囲気がでました。また一般的な事務室を茶室に見えるように茣蓙(ござ)や掛軸などを飾る位置なども工夫しました。

6名のベトナム人技能実習生は着物を見るのも初めてで着付けの仕方にも感動していただき、一人一人着付けが終わるたびに歓声と感嘆の声があがりました。また正座に苦労しつつもお抹茶とお菓子の美味しさにも喜んでいただきました。季節を大切にする日本の文化を味と装いをもって感じていただけたのではないでしょうか。

ほんの半日、短い時間のことですが日本の伝統的な文化に触れていただくことができてよかったと思います。
