昨日は、土浦の接骨院２店舗全員の合同ミーティングをしました。
新年会とか、そういう飲み会を一緒にしたことはあるんですが、仕事をテーマにみんなに集まってもらうのは、一店舗目を昨年５月に始めて以来、初の試みなんです。
初めてにも関わらす、ちゃんとお弁当を手配して、集まる環境を整えてくれてたのに、ボクは感動しました。
これからの展望。
今よりももっとたくさんの患者さんに幸せになってもらうためにできること。
２店舗の人事交流。
採用活動の現状。
いろんな話を短時間でしましたよ。
人を雇用するっていっても、実はその人の人生を全部受け入れるってことと同じ。
みんないろんなテーマを抱えて、この院に参加してくれる。
ここに就職してくれるってことは、そういうこと。
ボクだって、人生をかけてこの事業を起こしたのね。
それにこたえてくれようと、人生をかけてくれた人が集まった。
そりゃもう本気で取り組んでいます。
そういう前提で、楽しい会議にしちゃう。
確かに、短期間しか参加できない人もいるんだけど。
それをすべて受け入れて、この船は進むよ。
今日は、感謝でいっぱいの朝を迎えたよ。
We had a meeting with all members in my company.
We started this business until last May,and This was the first meeting except dinner party.
I was so moved to set up preparation of the meeting with lunch.
We had many topics about next step,employing and staff-crossing between 2 clinics.
When we employing people,it means accepting the persons` life.
The person joins our company with the theme of the persons` life.
I also built up this business with my theme of my life.
My members joined my company with their life.
So,we have serious situation at the same theme and the same time.
Assuming that,the meeting was so fun.
I accept some members stay shortly sometime.
Accepting all,this ship is going forward.
I accept this wonderful morning.
