基本的に根がせっかちなんで～。
待つのが嫌いだったのね。
ボクのビルに空きでもでようもんなら、大騒ぎしてた。
稼働率ばっかり気にしてたの。
これは、ずっと空きが続くタワースクエア東向島の一階店舗。
去年の３月に空いた後、いろんなテナント候補さんが突っつきまわしてくれた。
１０坪足らんとか、大きすぎるとか（笑）。
ボクはというと、実はね。
この店舗どうでもよくなった（笑）。
上がマンションなんです。
マンションの入居者さんに一番いいテナントさんがくればいいやって感じ。
安く買ったってのが大きいんだけど、空いてても採算合うのね。
むしろ、埋まったら儲けもんって感覚。
この感覚を手に入れたのは、自分の中で大きい。
せっかち大家じゃなくなったの。
待つことができるってステキなことだなって。
考えてみたら、事業が大きくなるには待つことが大事。
手を打ててないんだったら、それはダメなことだけど。
突っつきまわしてくれるんだから、いつか決まるよなって感覚。
三菱地所になれたよ（笑）。
余裕で待つことにしています。
Basically,I am not patient.
Always,harrying.
Once having empty in my building,I always hurry for finding new tenant.
I just took care of how my buildings work.
This photo is the first floor which is empty for a long time at sumida-ku.
Many customers passed away with saying too small or too big.
From my point of view,to be honest, I don`t care (Haha).
Above this floor,there is residential floors.
I am choosing the best tenant for users above.
I have bought this building with very cheap price.
So still it works if it will be empty for a long time.
For myself,it is big that I am getting no stress for waiting.
Now I am not "hurrying owner".
Getting this sense, now I am the biggest landlord like Mitsubishi(Haha).
So, I can say "Waiting is beautiful".
