あるセミナーで元ラグビー日本代表コーチの「ワールドクラスのようチームを作るには？」という講演を聞く機会をいただきました。
下記が必要な5つの要素とのことですが、個人的にはDecipline、Integirty、つまり規律の遵守が大事なのではないかと感じました。そしてその規律を守るために時には厳しく対応するリーダーシップが必要なのではないかと思います。
