these are just some ideas that I have used to improve my English.

1. NHK radio program "kiso eigo (basic English)

continue listening to the program and involve yourself in the lessons just for 15 mins a day. could be efficient for junior high learners.

2. letters or diaries in English

you know, my favorite band in high school days was American, so I kept writing to them reporting what happened each day. though I didn't send them to the band, still I needed to know more and more words to describe what I wanted to say.

3. listen to English songs

read lyrics. listen again and again till you can sing the songs without reading. falling for English speaking groups is recommended.

4. shadowing

get any source that provides you with relatively slow and clear reading. the writings of what is being read is also needed.
listen listen listen, read read read and follow follow follow until you memorize the phrases.

5. chatting

I guess there are plenty of people who want cultural exchanges or deeper relationships with you online. I once signed up for an international community website and found some friends who were willing to chat by letters or voices. typing is easier and enough to let you improve your vocabulary and quick responses in English .

this is all for today and all that I can come up with for now. good night
