But you have to believe in meditation, yoga, and meditation. Because this has been a global trend for decades, every leader knows about it. So, many leaders are still willing to do meditation, meditation, and yoga. Because if you meditate, there will be significant effects. It can completely relax the body and mind, which is effective and based on experience. So, you can still do some yoga and meditation, or meditate. Because I will have a relaxed feeling myself.
So let's start with yoga and meditation. You can persist in doing what you think is effective. So gradually enlightenment. Accept the entire system.
And these are important, you need to make this information public. Because many leaders of countries do yoga and practice meditation, they are not publicly available. India's development is not due to backwardness. But because Indians understand the world. Some countries, on the other hand, develop their economies due to their own backwardness. This is different. So, India will go further.

Because human nature is very developed. That is to say, your subconscious is also very developed. Your higher self is very developed. It's just our concept that keeps us in a certain understanding and concept. So, many times, being able to constantly reflect on oneself is already on the path of enlightenment. Understanding is always more important than not understanding. It doesn't matter if you can't do it. Psychological clarity is necessary. I'm afraid you may not have a clear mental state and have done something despicable for some reason. But you don't see the evil nature of your actions on your own, yet you think it's 100% caused by a reason. This is confusion. I am not clear about my inner self. No matter what the reason is, it won't make you do something that makes others uncomfortable. Reflect on one's own behavioral system, whether positive or negative. Just need to see it clearly.
This is also enlightenment.
Enlightenment is still psychological. Many people don't judge things from within. But it's just how I correspond to what others do. Angry, jealous, envious, joyful, disgusted, playing big tricks, making mistakes, missing out. These feelings are all generated automatically, and sometimes we just don't feel it. For example, if you get angry, you may not realize it at first, but later realize that you are getting angry. I realized it. Playing big cards, at first it was like this, but later I felt that because I had the concept of playing big cards, I had this feeling. If I didn't have this concept, wouldn't I not know what the other party was going to do? He's really not playing big cards, but he's really doing habitual actions, unintentionally. You have also become enlightened. Isn't it a world where everyone can be intimidated to call other people's natural actions playing big cards. But the world is natural.
Let go of yourself and see if this feeling is relaxed?
This is enlightenment. It all starts from the heart. Not from the outside world. Enlightenment is for the mind world, it is the law of the mind world. We always reflect our inner world through external actions and phenomena. Without external actions, one cannot discover what the inner world is like. In fact, the inner world is enlightened. Focus on your inner world now. Your heart is empty, no one knows.
In the long run, only Guanyin Bodhisattva or God Buddha can find you.
To become a god, always be in your own inner world. We always say that exchanging an apple yields an apple, but exchanging one idea with another yields two ideas. In fact, communicating with oneself is one of the wisest methods in the world.
So, everything goes through a process of enlightenment, and once you understand it, you know that you have made progress. There are many small inspirations gathered, and even larger ones may come unexpectedly.

当然，更重要的事情，就是这些人意识到了这些，所以，他们为了维持他们的统治，他们不是不去相信这些，也是相信一点点的。然后就让史威登堡这样的人，难以出现。让小学生培养出来神通的事情，难以发展，或者禁止发展这些。掩耳盗铃总是有用的。因为佛法就讲，万事万物都在自己内心吗，这样掩耳盗铃，蒙骗自己的内心，也是开悟的象征啦。所以，掩耳盗铃不是无用，而是佛法精髓啦。这些人可以常常使用啦。其实他们早已经对此轻车熟路啦。把内心按住，然后做伤天害理的事情啦。这就是掩耳盗铃的精髓。
看来佛法是不变的，坏人也要使用佛法的。真是真理什么人都可以用啦。
当然，有人说，这完全不是因为他们不知道害臊，而是局势所限，不得不这样做啦。因为建立一个国家多么不容易啊。现在要推翻，哪能那么简单呢？所以，维持统治，不择手段的维持统治，则是统治者都使用的方法啦。但是，美国就比较奇特，四年推翻一次国家统治。
其实我分析，就是因为国家建立，完全使用了一种观念，就是用好的治理国家，用好的治理人民，好的是一切的标准。
也就是说，好的为什么不好呢？这些国家一定相信，好的才是核心。
可是，我们翻一翻佛法。无智亦无德，无所得故。社会上应该没有智慧，也没有道德。没有这些才是对的。有人说，佛说的道理，社会怎么能做到呢。如果能做到，人人都不吃肉了。为什么国家还搞生猪养殖呢。让孩子吃到肉，是国家的追求啦。
那就是佛法的要求太高了。人类社会达不到。
我们再来看一些哲学家的话。社会没有善也没有恶的标准。那么人民自治。建立了善恶的标准，那么就等于产生善，也产生恶啦。
所以，国家建立好的体系的时候，他们不是让恶灭绝。而是维持统治。因为建立好，就等于建立恶的标准。社会自然会有恶。
如果善恶的标准都没有了，反而社会自治而没有了善恶之分。当然也就没有了善恶啦。社会自然而然的发展。但是，谁会信这个鬼话呢。非得要建立善，建立好的体系。比如建立社会主义，这就是最标准的好的体系。自然就会有一个恶的体系被建立起来。
可是人家美国人活的好好的，硬说人家活的不好。有了这种选举制度，坏人都可以做总统了。而且律师说了，在牢房里也可以总统办公。啊哈，这不是给好的社会和世界，当头扣了一个屎盆子吗。当然，这些好的标准建立的社会，还没有发现这现象本质的意义呢。
有人感叹，300年前建立的美国，竟然如此先进。竟然没有好坏的标准了。坏人都可以做总统啦。这不就是古人传说中的大同世界吗。这难道不是古人哲人说的，没有善也没有恶的标准的社会吗。
哇，美国才是国家中的钻石，其他国家都是石头罢了。美国才是国家发展过程中发展出来的宇宙岛，其他的国家都是一些瞬间湮灭的光影啦。一两百年就应该朝代更迭啦。
为什么生物进化中，总是有蜜蜂呢？为什么有蚂蚁呢？为什么这些昆虫不继续进化呢？就是因为这是一个稳定的宇宙岛。比如鱼是稳定的宇宙岛。鸟也是稳定的宇宙岛。也就是这种智慧体系，可以维持自身保持长时间的存在宇宙里。不像恐龙就瞬间消逝了。人类是稳定的宇宙岛吗？我想小灰人大概是稳定的宇宙岛。人类也仅仅是昙花一现。也就是几亿年后现在的人类就变化消失了，或者形成一种稳定的生物岛，类似小灰人。和恐龙是相似的。所以这样猜测，恐龙也不是因为小行星撞击地球而消失了。而是恐龙这个物种就不是一个稳定的生物岛，必然在发展中，会慢慢变化而消失。恐龙逐渐形成一种稳定的宇宙岛，比如鸟。鸟就是原来恐龙的一支啦。正因为是稳定宇宙岛而流传下来，继续流传下去。
而美国就是这样的稳定的国家宇宙岛。因为可以使得人的人性得以展示。发挥。社会上的正反势力都可以竞选美国总统。
而有些国家，只能是过客。频繁更迭。历史上是如此，现在也是如此。人民的大脑被门缝夹着呢。智慧也是夹着尾巴的。
处于落后状态的时候，方向比较明显，人人都可以看到，就是摆脱落后。可是发展起来后，就失去了方向感。这就是很多新兴发展起来的国家。所以，它们至少处于国家发展的十字路口。往哪里发展，前途渺茫。
但是，人类顶端的这些发展国家，他们十分自律，虽然人类社会，各个国家变化很大。但是他们的国家，保持高度自律。保持人民的自律。
所以，国家不是什么制度，也不是什么强弱，而是保持人性，最大的保持人的自律，做到一个顶级的人的概念。那么国家是什么样子也就很清晰了。
人类顶级发展国家，我们看到的有美国。同时我们也看到欧盟内部的德国。这些都是发动引擎。带动世界的发展。
这些国家的存在，给世界带来了方向感。
同时，人类还处于一种状态中，就是适应全球化的过程，而且这个适应过程还没有完成，还需要很长时间才能完成。也就是地球上每一个国家都在适应全球化的发展。这个全球化，既是知识的全球化，知道地球是球形了。也代表了着贸易的全球化，同时我们也看到，也代表了人类管理的全球化，我们看到，我提出了全球七张老制度。以实现人类的最高层意识引领。
而且看到，人类发展，从大学教育，开始第一次上升到开悟教育。也就是大学学习的再好，没有开悟，那么根本上来说，还是有问题的。尤其领导人的开悟特别重要。否则会使得整个国家都陷入低层次的发展模式。我提出来八类开悟方法。这成为人类新世界的基础。
在这个背景下，我们看到，印度总理进行了45小时入定画面流传在网络上。我是提倡这样做的。希望每一个国家领导人都进行这样的锻炼，而且是长期的。入定，然后是达摩易筋洗髓功的长期坚持锻炼。
很多领导人的智慧系统就是，因为是领导人，所以知道其他人怎么想的，因为汇报工作，把这些想法稍微综合，就形成领导人的想法。这基本上就是领导人的智慧来源体系。再做一下实地考察，就容易看出来发展方向的。
可是，入定，达摩易筋洗髓功，这完全不是一个层次了。尤其其心法。提到了鬼这个概念。九鬼拔马刀。
所以，这又涉及到了灵魂，涉及到了神，佛。因为鬼是灵魂的一种。你会发现，好像饶了一个圈，还是从信神开始的。
但是，你又不得不相信入定，还有瑜伽和冥想。因为这是全球流行的，已经几十年了，每一个领导都知道这些的。所以，很多领导还是愿意做冥想，做入定，做瑜伽的。因为如果你冥想了，就会有明显的效果。可以彻底放松身心，这是有效果，有经验基础的。所以，还是可以做一些瑜伽和冥想，或者入定。因为自身会有轻松地感受的。
那么就从瑜伽和冥想做起吧。你认为哪个有效果，你就可以这样坚持做。从而慢慢开悟。接受整个体系。
而且这些很重要，你要公开这些信息。因为很多国家领导人做瑜伽，做入定，他不公开的。不像印度总理这么开明。但是，公开是有效果的，会带动整个社会智力的提升的。
印度发展起来，不是因为落后才发展起来的。而是因为印度人懂得了世界。而有些国家，是因为自身落后，然后发展经济。这是不一样的。所以，印度会走的更远。
开悟是什么？就是我讲的事情，你能理解了。就是一种开悟。积累开悟，然后达到更大的开悟。或者达到瞬间顿悟。
当然，这一段时间，一直都在论述开悟。以开悟为话题中心。很多人发愁，如果没有开悟，是不是就感觉不爽，就感觉受到了挫折。我想这是每一个人遇到的切实问题。其实，开悟非开悟啦。
因为人的本性是很发达的。也就是你的潜意识也是很发达的。你的高我很发达的。只是我们的概念，让我们保持了某个认识和概念。所以，很多时候，能够时时自省，就已经走在了开悟的道路上了。看明白，总是比看不明白重要，做不到无所谓啦。心理要清晰。就怕你心理不清晰，明明做了可恶的事情，是由于某个原因。可是你却没有自己看到自己的行为的邪恶性，却100%以为是原因带来的。这就是迷惘啦。自己内心不清晰啦。无论什么原因，也不会让你做出让别人不舒服的事情的。自省到自己的行为系统，正或者邪。要看清楚就好了。
这也是开悟。
开悟，还是心理的。很多人做事情都不是从内心做判断的。而是别人怎么做，我就如何对应罢了。生气啊，嫉妒啊，羡慕啊，喜悦啊，厌恶啊，耍大牌啊，失误啊，错失啊。这些感觉都是自动产生的，有时候我们就对此没有感觉。比如发怒，刚开始不知不觉，后来就发现自己在发怒了。意识到了。耍大牌啊，刚开始是如此的，可是后来感觉，自己因为有了耍大牌的概念，才有了这个感觉，如果没有这个概念，是不是就不知道对方要做什么呢？他真的不是耍大牌，而是他真的在做习惯动作啦，无心的啦。你也就开悟啦。把别人的自然动作都叫做耍大牌，那么岂不是一个人人可畏的世界了吗。可是世界就是自然的。
放下自我，看看这种感觉是不是轻松了？
这就是开悟。都是从内心做起的。而不是外界的。开悟是对心世界而言的，是心世界的规律。我们总是通过外界动作现象来反映内心世界的。没有外界动作，也就不能发现内心世界如何啦。其实，内心世界就是开悟的。聚焦到内心世界啦。你内心空掉一切，是没有人知道的。
长期如此，能找你的也只有观世音菩萨，或者神佛了。
要成神，就总是在自己内心世界。我们总是说，一个苹果和一个苹果交换会得到一个苹果，但是一个思想和另一个思想交换会得到两个思想。实际上，世界上，和自己交流才是最智慧的方法之一啦。
所以，事事都会有开悟的过程，你清楚了就知道自己进步了。聚集了很多小的开悟，大的开悟也会不期而遇啦。
