No one's daily life is stressful.
My stress starts in the morning when I wake up and take the train to work.
On a nice day, I try to walk to the office for an hour.
The company is at the end of my walking path, so I walk there! And then I switch.
Like a wild animal, when stress builds up in my body,
I take a bathroom break to let the unwanted energy out through the soles of my feet.
Once I put the various unnecessary things in my mind into the trash can
of my mind, I am able to sort them out a little.
How about separating them into burnable trash, non-burnable trash, and so on?
When things are exactly tough, I can't even bear to keep them in front of me.
Everything shuts out.
But when you sort it out after a little time,
what will this be a learning experience for your inner self?
and when you answer the question, the garbage truck will come
and it will disappear from your mind's dustbin.
