★体の異変
退行催眠を終えて、本を手に帰宅した。
相変わらず、左手の指先からぼわっとしたものが吹き出ている状態だ。
まるで指先に見えないギターの弦があるようで、自分で見えない弦を弾くと
触られている感覚がするのだ。
一体これは何なのだろう?
私は調べ始めるうちに、レイキというものにたどり着いた。
まずは、それがレイキと同じものなのか確認するために
レイキを体験することにした。
私は、この体質になってから、波動を感じる体質になっていた。
木や石からの波動も感じるようになっていた。
なので、どうせレイキを習うなら、自分がエネルギーをちゃんと感じる人から
学ぼうと決めていた。
ここで尊敬するレイキの師匠と出会うことになる。
＊レイキとは、宇宙空間（身の周りの空間）にある生命エネルギーを指します。
レイキヒーリングとは、そのエネルギーを活性化し、ヒーラーの身体（手）を通して、対象物（生物、モノ、空間）に働きかけ、様々なとどこおりを流し、本来もっている調和を保てるようサポートしてくれる癒しの技法です。イギリス・ドイツ・アメリカ・カナダ・オランダ・オーストラリアでは代替療法の一つとして「レイキ」が医療保険適用されており、医療現場で活躍しています。 また、インド・オーストラリアでは医師免許と同様にレイキティチャーが国家資格として認められています。

As I began to investigate, I came to the Reiki
First, to see if it's the same as the Reiki
I decided to experience the Reiki.
After I had this constitution, I had the constitution to feel the wave energy.
I began to feel waves from wood and stone.
So I decided that if I was going to learn Reiki,
I would learn it from someone who felt their energy well.
It is here that I meet the Reiki master whom I admire.

Reiki Healing is a healing technique that activates the energy and works through the healer's body (hand) to the object (Living things, things, space), allowing it to flow through various places and to support the original harmony. In the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, and Australia, Reiki is covered by medical insurance as an alternative therapy and is active in the medical field. Also, in India and Australia, Reiki Teacher is recognized as a national qualification as well as a medical license.
