should not we and local government gather bidders , hold conpititive bid for rail way management rights and city reconstruction projects ?

are not effective , free large scale paking lots , reasonable rents or priced residental buildings (including public apartments without incom restriction),
for maintaining and promoting local rail ways ?

should not we and world wide next generations , cooparating with each other ,

establish global standerd of leaders , exectives ,

for each one , for each country and world peace and prosperity ?
