Ideal days: Career, my relationships, my health, content/happiness level, 

Wake up (not too early)

I feel content. Rarely stressed.

Take my time getting ready for the day (shower, make coffee, stretch, make the bed, etc.)

Clean my space

Make coffee for Mehdi

Have a small healthy breakfast

Start working (edit a few articles / or teach a few lessons)

 

Take breaks/Go on a walk between working hours

Feel gratifying exhaustion after every workday.

 

Maybe put time aside to write about my feelings/day

Do some housework

Think of meals for later and get things if necessary

Stock any household necessities

 

Learn when I work best for my career (mornings, afternoons or evenings, or a combination of the two)

Make time for self-care to rejuvenate and do things I genuinely enjoy doing.

Learn to not overly focus on one thing in life, and make this mindset a priority every day. 

I am not just my job, and my life every day doesn't have to be "a job", everyday life should be stress-free and content. A good time with myself, and with those, I care about, and making a day I enjoy.
